GREAT NCAAS

Likes

Student freindly teachers and classrooms
Quality of education is very good and very easily managable
Our college have very good infrastructure and live flights

Dislikes

Parking space is very less so parking is difficult here
Limited resourses available on computer.
Implementation of uniform from 1st year to last year.

As we are an aeronautical based college we have lot of airlines and airline based companines coming for interview Last year indigo airlines came for interview and it was a huge succes out of 185 students appeared for placements 170 students got placed with an average package of 12 lpa

THE TEACHERS OR STAFFS ARE VERY FREINDLY

ACTUALLY THE CAMPUS IS TOO SMALL FOR A COLLEGE
THE BUILDINGS ARE LITTLE TOO OLD BUT ALL FACILITIES ARE THERE
GIRLS TO BOYS RATIO DEPENDS ON THE COURSE THEY HAVE CHOOSEN FOR ME ITS MECHANICAL STREAM ONLY 1 GIRL IS IN MY CLASS AND REMAINING 29 ARE BOYS

I CHOOSE THIS COURSE BECAUSE I LOVED PLANES SO MUCH FROM MY CHILDHOOD ONWARDS I WAS INTO PLANES SO IVE DECIDED TO TAKE A COURSE SUITABLE FOR ME MY WISH WAS TO BECOME A PILOT BUT FINANCIAL CRISIS DID NOT ALLOW SO I DECIDED TO TAKE THIS COURSE EXAMS USUALLY TAKE PLACE IN SEMESTER ENDING WHICH WILL BE OF 5 DAYS USUALLY EXAM TIMINGS ARE IN THE MORNING

Likes

The colleuge is very good, the campus is good
The college faclits is very good and they will get me to underatand many of the things
The college staffs are very experiencent most of them are retired from airforce and defences

Dislikes

Hostel food and hostel is so messy food is very poor
The campus length is so small and there is nothing to see inside it but the arts clg is very big
College is about 58 yr old so it has many remarks and this

The stream is very good and the best choice i had done I think Praticels should be some more good than theory classes The curricullam prepares a best among us. The course is a wonderful programm this course can get a better life for us

A Helpful Guide to the AME COURSE of Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Science

The college staff and faculty are very supportive and helpful and are very eager to fulfill any problems which any student is facing
The proffersers of the college are very professional and have a lots of knowledge and most of them have years of work experience in their respective fields under their belt ... Most of them are expected airforce technicians so they have an lot of exp
This course in particular has been in the college for 58 years soo because of that the curriculum and the teaching is very good and they have a very good reputation and strong alllumini

Dislikes

As the college is 58 years old it has its hallmarks as in the infrastructure and the classroom are well outdated and need renavation which is actually undergoing
The hostel accomadaties are really poor and crowded and the food is not really good especially if you are not from Tamil Nadu
The college staff are really old so the teaching methods are really outdated and some classes can get boring

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester the students are eligible for placements There are a no. Of companies which take placements such as Air India, Airworks, GMR aviation, Indigo, Airforce, etc.. The average package for this particular course is around 20k per month the reason being you are basically a fresher with no experience at all 98% of the students receive placements every semester My plan is to work in India for 2 years to get the required experience time and then move to a job abroad as fast as possible

Likes

Nice and clean environment and classrooms
Good quality education and lab facilities
Well educated and trained teachers and faculties

Dislikes

Strict while comprehending with classmates
Should score 75 percentage marks to pass the exams
Mobile phones should be switched off during class hours

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is the best possible course you can choose. You have a total of 10 modules to pass with 74 percentage pass mark. It's a course of 2 and half years with 5 semesters. Exam are conducted every month in the particular exam centres with the allotted fees. As aviation is a growing industry and my passion for aviation is the reason behind my choice. Training on authorised airlines and mro' s are scheduled for every semesters.

Remarks:

They are not saying everything when we entered college only later we are knowing each and every thing many positive are there they are very helpful and they are seeing students like their children itself not at all any problems from their side
