Mathematics department is great. teaching style of our teachers are so helpful.
I also get the inspire scholarship and swami vivekananda merit cum scholarship.
Our college campus is so well,and well decorated by many flower and other things.there are a beautiful garden that delight us.in our midnapore college libary there are seventeen five plus books in libary.

Surroundings area was not so good. Some Students are very bad

I thought the book of our library is not sufficient
Our campus is very good also tree and flowers are all over there
Our placement services is not good. So this can be improved so that students can get the job

From class 1 to 12 I love Mathematics so when I passed the HS exam I decided that I took admission to the college in Mathematics Hons . Mathematics is the Father of all science so it is essential to know Mathematics.

HIDDEN GEM - MIDNAPORE COLLEGE ( AUTONOMOUS)

I like the environment of the college campus.
It has a big playground, which is located opposite of the college.
It is situated in the main town of the midnapore city

Dislikes

The college classes are very irregular .
Some washrooms are not cleaned regularly
College canteen is not very hygienic for food.

My opinion about my college

Likes

Central library and reading room is very helpful
College website is well designed that gives all college related information
College starts at 7 am for morning section and that is for day section at 11 am

Dislikes

More number of teachers are needed for students
Smart classroom is important for good class experience
Lift available only for teachers not for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

For physics students here is a good interface for education. The teachers are nice also there is a lab for practising practical works Lab attendant is also available here to help students. But some equipment of the lab is too old and does not work correctly

In 2024 at Midnapore college a student hwo want to get admitted in B.Sc Physics course must pay 4850 rs for first semester and total 34000 rs in 4 years. This amount is fixed for 2024 by the college authority. caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab feesand the other compulsory charges during the course is included with the amount mentioned above. All eligible students get scholarship, and college will aprove and forward for the scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For phisics student here is a good interface for education. Teachers are nice. also here is a lab for practice practical works. Lab attendant is also available here to help students. But some equipments of the lab are too old that does not work correctly. college conduct the exam semeterwise.

Good and Bad side of College

The college is autonomous,SoThere is no politic
Principal is very humble, they also treat students like children
College circumstances is very clean and clear

Dislikes

Some department are very weak , there is less teaching stuff
Labs are very poor, mainly in software lab there are very computer have that can't work properly
Some teachers are very bad , and not properly teaching

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me decision to choose this course that is computer science is a subject nowadays is very important without this subject there is no success in world. Likes

College campus is very clean and well conducted,
Very good campus and we all enjoyed here

Dislikes

Teaching style is not good, students didn't like to go college.
Lifts are not allowed for students, sometimes it causes major problems.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got addmission in the year of 2021, the post Corona eta, this time IT sectors were hiring massively, this time our seniors got many jobs in TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. it inspied me to got addmission. Teachers of the CS department is very lazy, they don't teaches us, we improve our skills using internet.
