National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hajipur (NIPER Hajipur) is a public pharmaceutical education and research university located in Hajipur, Bihar, India. Established in 2007, it is one of the seven National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPERs) under India's Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.

The Institute is presently rendering its academic and research activities through three departments viz, Biotechnology, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmacology & Toxicology.
To be eligible for the M.S. programs, the candidates must possess a B.Pharm./M.Sc./B.Tech. degree in a relevant discipline with a valid score.
To be eligible for admission to the doctoral program, the candidate must possess a M.S. or M.Tech. in the relevant discipline.
Admission to all the courses will be done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in NIPER JEE followed by counseling.

NIPER Hajipur M.S. (Pharm.) Eligibility Criteria

M.S. (Pharm) in Biotechnology: Candidates with a B.Pharm degree from any recognized University are eligible. In the case of M.S. (Pharm) in Biotechnology, M. S. degree holder in Biological Sciences discipline from a recognized University can also apply.
M.S. (Pharm) in Pharmaco-informatics: Candidates, who possess any of the following degrees- M.S. (Organic / Physical/Pharmaceutical Chemistry); M.S../B. Tech. (Bioinformatics); M.S. (Biochemistry / Biotechnology/Molecular Biology and Microbiology), are eligible.
M.S. (Pharm) in Pharmacy Practice: Candidates who have done B.Pharm are eligible to apply.

NIPER Hajipur Ph.D. Selection Criteria

Admission to the Ph.D. Programme will be based on the combined merit obtained by a candidate in the entrance examination (NIPER JEE) and interview. Interviews of the eligible candidates for the Ph.D. Programme will be conducted based on the merit in the entrance examination.

NIPER Hajipur Cutoff 2024

Candidates seeking admission to various Master’s programs at NIPER Hajipur must have qualified GPAT/GATE/NET/ any other National Fellowship. NIPER has released the GPAT 2024 Cutoff Marks in order to be eligible for Physical Counselling for admission to the institute. The minimum cutoff marks of GPAT 2024 for admission to NIPER Hajipur are as follows:

NIPER Hajipur Review

Admission:

B. Pharm degree is required to get admission in master course. However Msc degree holders are also eligible. There are two exams which needs to be qualified to get admission. First one is GPAT and second one is Niper JEE. Both exams must be qualified. Questions asked in this exams are moderate to tricky. Exams are taken yearly.

Good thing .. it's part of NIPER . Stipend is on time. You will be allowed to choose your project .. all liberty. Bad thing :- situated in industrial area . Hostel is so so. Place is too quiet .
