College has been focussing on standard of education and administration.

Likes

Girls to Boys ratio was 1:5 in civil engineering but it differed from course to course, e.g. in the IT and computer ratio was approximately 1: 1.5

Admission:

I got good grade in diploma therefore I want college which provides TFWS seat , that's why I chose this college at 2nd position, first one was BVM. Moreover I don't want to spend more expense, I made my mind to get an admission in either government college or TFWS seat. Additionally, I got an admission in diploma college on TFWS seat.

To be honest I didn't apply for any other college.. My father suddenly realized that there is something college named sigma than i searched it and got and next day when i go there i was given admission immediately... I didn't face any rejection... Admission process is something like u have to score 50 up percentage in your 12th board then only u are eligible

Likes

Teaching are good and very easy method to teach
Teachers are very helpful and behaviour is very nice

Dislikes

The college location not attractive and etc
Collage campus in very less greenary location
College play ground not maintained and very less playing equipment

I choose this because the main two reason are there: 1.The main reason the this exam and course are taken by Gujarat technological University. 2.my neighborhood and my friend by some Positive massage by I choose this institute

Headache:The sigma

Likes

I liked the nature of teachers there,they are quite helpful.
The labs are thoroughly well managed compared to other clgs.
The canteen has the nice cleaning and varities in term of food.

Dislikes

The lectures are often cancelled i did not liked that
The admin dep. Is rude and not well mamaged.
The classes are bit old and not much clean during exams

Admission:

I liked sigma institute of engineering and technology. People and reviews said the internship and campus drive is quite good. Well still have not noticed anything like that till now. Hopefully i will not be disappointed.

Likes

Sigma has Supportive facilities that guides students in every scenario
It has good placement cells , organizes job fairs for on campus as well as off campus opportunities .
It provides tech fests and organizes sports week every year for the enthusiastic environment.

Dislikes

Campus is limited . As in theres always crowd of students , roaming and chilling . Leaving no place for ither students.
College infrastructure is not fully developed yet , its like there is some work left to be done
It organizes less fests and functions in comparison to other uni

Admission:

Ive had applied for MSU , KPGU and some others but the cut off was too high . Admission through merit holded very less probability for me in that colleges whereas sigma had direct admissions through management quota at the same time allowing acpc merit list admissions too . When I came for admission, me along with my dad had campus tour , the desk faculty explained everything in detail about what will you get in this course here , its time duration , fees structure etc .

Improvement in my college

Likes

some faculties are supporting the students in every aspects.
The infrastructure is good. it has auditorium, sports, area, event area.
Also they are providing events like technical game every months.

Dislikes

There is a criss of faculties in every course.
There are not giving best sports management for sportsmen.
campus side not good as other colleges have.

Admission:

sigma is one of the affordable college for students which living in vadodara those who not got admission in best government college.I have applied in GSFC but in merit list not got admission.so I have applied in Sigma .

Likes

The things I liked about Sigma University is the infrastructure.
The other thing which I like about Sigma University is a good and clean canteen.
The another thing about Sigma University is good faculty and helpful faculty.

Dislikes

The toilets and washroom didn't clean properly and does not maintain hygiene
The another thing which I hate about Sigma University is the hostel mess and hostel food.

Admission:

The process of admission in my college is not that much hard because there are no mockup test and no written test for the admission process. Only we have to pay the admission fees for the college and the admission is done.

Boring life of student who wants be sigma from SIGMA UNIVERSITY

Likes

I like the environment and atmosphere of college bcs its little bit far from city and there is greenery around college.
I liked the exam pattern bcs we have to give university based exam so we don't feel pressurised.
Some faculties are good with all the students, they guide for the betterment of the future. They show us the proper way to our goal that what are the opportunities in our course.

Dislikes

The buildings of the campus is not up to the mark its more like my primary school. We have big land but its unutilized otherwise we had big campus.
The main canteen of college don't serve food ,and the seating arrangement in that canteen is yuck. Banches are broken , dirty not cleaned, zero electricity.
The food court is more like street food where there is no proper seating arrangement.

Admission:

I applied for Parul university and neotech but they didn't had vacant seats and I had no other option to choose any other college so I took admission in this college and it has reasonable fees so the parents don't have too much burden. The fees are somewhere affordable so you can take admission here.

Sigma college review

Likes

The location is pretty good apart from any industries and outside the city, so the pollution is less.
The guest house and pool area are good attractive places.
The plants and different flowers at the campus, the graffiti work done on walls are good.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is a little bit outdated.
The cleanliness is not maintained well by the students.
The parking area is not good. It has so many stones and no specific areas are there.

Admission:

The admission was taken on the basis of state entrance exam GUJCET then participating inn ACPC counselling and further secured admission after many rounds of it. The admission later got generated in the second round. The reservation availed was of TFWS in which the tuiton fee has been waived off for the whole academic years.

My experience at institute of Engineering was quite positive
The Campus life was vibrant and engaging
Faculty members were knowledgable and supportive

Dislikes

Campus life lacked diversity in terms of extracurricular activities

Admission:

The admission process was smooth. The Entrance exam tested relevant subjects. The Application process involved an online form and required documents. No reservation benefits were availed. Overall, the process was satisfactory, but improvements could include more transparent selection criteria and faster admission decisions.
