1) I didn't opt for hostel because I found the hostel to be very poorly maintained and space was very less
2) meal quality in the canteen is below average
3) hostel affordability according to what they are providing is comparatively high as the hostel doesn't provide food for the students other than accomodation that's it
4) I rented a one room kitchen room 5 kms away from my college as the locality around my college was very poorly rated and I didn't find that appropriate enough for living
50000 yearly only for the hostel , we have no food facility in our hostel. Either students cook it by his own or taking the food from outside hotel/restaurant.
we have wifi facility in our hostel and bus facility for college. Hostel is affordable and registration process is also easy.
If someone want to stay outside the hostel then one can easily choose any rented house near the college.
No. There are no hostel for the College but around college it is easier to find pgs. The rents are around 10000-15000 per month. The area around the college is decent with all facilities around. Mostly the student tend to buy a flat and share among 3-4 students.
Yes. hostel room was good. Rental is 2500 per month which you need to pay to the college. Food transport and wifi available
Quality is good
Food quality is also good
Nearby residential area which is good
Iam not staying in hostel, I'm staying in private pg. And the rent is 5000 per month. And in pg they provide all facilities like tv, washing machine, refrigerator, wifi etc in 5000 only. Our college is also providing hostel facilities.
Am not opted for hostel. But I've mates who were in hostel. The rooms were shared with one(total two) and hall adjacent to it also there was a space not kitchen bt its alike. Hostel provided with heater and wifi also. The worst thing was food. There is not a good mess. Also its an isolated locality. In 2014 hostel rent alone has to pay 37.5k /yr
total hostel fees in 2 years is one lakh. first year you have to pay 50000/-. Second-year you have to pay 50000/-. Hostel fees is quite in the budget. Hostel facilities are quite good. rooms are good, wifi connection is sometimes unavailable. hostel distance from IBMR campus is near.
There are no hostel facilities because 99% of the students are locals. Some students who are from outside have received help from the college though I don't know about it in details because I am a local student.
We do have two canteens in college out of which one is always functioning. The menu is quiet diverse and long. The prices are cheap and affordable. The food is always fresh as it is made when the order is placed. The canteen is always clean.
Hostel facilities are really good. The rooms are kinda spacious and it was double sharing during my first year. They provide daily cleaning facilities for bathrooms. With good electricity supply and unlimited wi-fi. So I would like to rate the hostel experience a 4/5. And about the mess, there are so many messes out there that cater all kinds of food, be in North Indian.south indian everything is here.
Hostel life was awesome as it is near malls and market so if we need anything we can buy from the market. Hostel have Wi-Fi facilities. Charges starts from Rs 40,000 annually in which 2000 fees is there which is refundable. Many other facilities includes separate boys and girls hostel, spacious rooms with AC. Restaurant's are near to the hostel so we do party every other day. It was very good experience.
