St. Aloysius Institute of Technology Jabalpur Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

After the 5th semester students become eligible for the campus placements. You will get full brief in advance in college auditorium for the placement. There are almost 40-50 companies HR or manager visited in college for placement. But for the placement you have to fully prepared. If you got selected in first round the second round was also held on that particular day. The highest package company offered is 4.5 LPA and average package offered is 4 LPA according to the experience and freshers. There are almost 70% students got placed.

Many companies visit college campus to recruit students for various jobs in their organisation. Mostly marketing and non core companies visit campus. These companies offer jobs like business development associate at a package of 3 LPA to 5 LPA. About 80% of students are placed this year from my branch.

The placement are good in this college. This college had a highest package of 16 lakh. College helps for placement preparation. They seperate prepared a placement cell for every department.

No Placements Insufficient Placements Support: The College does not provide sufficient placement support, Making it challenging for students to secure jobs after graduation. This lack of assistance impact students carrer

The placement cell provide it's best. Companies like IBM, wipro, TCS, capegemini, Mahindra, dainik jagran etc are come.

As the SAiT is a committed institute towards it's excellence and rigorous hard work for their students. It provides the best industrial exposure to them to their level best. And it provides the opportunity of paid internship. Students are paid by industries.

One of the best ways to improve your chances of finding employment after graduation is to participate in an internship during your school years. You can gain hands-on experience in your chosen field, significantly increase your networking contacts, and learn how corporate cultures, environments, and structures work. However, it’s also important that you put in the effort to find the right internship for you.

Maximum students of final year were placed in different companies. Around 69-75% of students got jobs in different firms. The highest packages offered was 6 lacs per annum, whereas the average can be between 2.5 to 4.0 lacs per annum. Companies like HCL, Axis Bank, Axiom Infotech, Samvedana Group visited and conducted their campus drive.

The students were offered the roles of software developers and testers, analysis engineers and also for providing technical assistance to different services. Around 60-70% of students got an internship from the college. Yes, the college has a training and placement cell. The TPO is very friendly and gives frequent updates regarding job opportunities and companies' requirements from freshers. They also help us to be ready for interviews and give out our best.

Job placement is good but not very good. As I was facing some problem regarding job placement for core job. There was a placement for IT, Non- tech jobs but there are only a few companies for mechanical students. What matters at that time to me was study so it was good teaching wise and I got a job at Pune after completing the course. So for me, it was okay at that time now I think there is a better opportunity for jobs too.
