A glory of gmc

Facilities are so nice and the interaction between us is good,around 1 faculty teach 80 student out of 250.Faculty come from all india and teaches nicely.Some faculty named as like Dr. jaya deshmukh for anatomy teaches nicely ,Dr subodh pandey teaches physiology so nicely and Dr Amit samadhiya teaches biochemistry so nicely,Dr J.L Marko teaches pharmacology so nicely.Some faculty not teaches well and good still they try their best for students.

The exam pattern is soully decided by NMC guidelines and viva sessionals and all gave students a need for study hard further the boys and girls ratio is abt 130:120 which very effective and makes the study environment better and approachable.

1st Impression of GMC Bhopal

Each student is assigned a mentor and each teacher mentors atleast 2 students. You can get one-on-one interaction with your mentor and talk to the about academic as well as non academic problems. Most faculties teach with great enthusiasm towards the subject and encourage active participation in class. Internal assignments are given every week and internal marks are given on their basis. We have 1st sessional, 2nd sessional and Pre uni exams before 1st Proff.

There's a class of 250 students but the lecture theatres are well equipped with speakers Faculties are all doctors which are the pioneers of their fields They are always ready to help you academically or personally as well Every student is assigned to a personal mentor with whom you can discuss all your problems without any hesitation

Faculties are well educated and are very supportive.

Dislikes

Other staff of college is not very supportive.

Faculties are highly educated, they all are PhD or masters in the same field, also some guest faculty members are there , and they help you with theory and real life practical experience. Method of teaching is extremely advanced,they teach you with ppt presentation also help you to get these ppt , so that you can revise in personal. You can easily approach your faculties they are supportive.

The most prestigious "Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal"!

The faculty is quite good which consists of top notch doctors in their respective fields and are renowned pan india.
Also the clinical rotations are very good as patient load is quite high, so you get to learn a lot.

The best part about the college is the faculty and the alumni network. Majority of the best clinicians and surgeons are GMC's alumni. Those still present in the govt. infrastructure are utmost dedicated towards producing great doctors.

My college

No of lecturer are 65 their average age is 40 they are mbbs ms they study us by making slides on screen it's very difficult to understand sometime we sleep in class some teacher only come to read the lecture they don't want to help in our study they only want their money

100 lectures avg age 40-60 qualifications are different for each faculty depends on the department. HOD, assistant professor, associate professor, demonstrators, PGs. Every faculty in the college is expert in their field and they try to give maximum knowledge to the students. Yes every faculty is a good doctor and they have their degrees and certificates.

About gmc, bhopal

Overall is good. Like we 19 departments in mbbs. so in each and every department has some excellent faculties, some good and some bad. but overall faculties are good.obstetrics department is excellent in teaching, so as peadiatrics, pharmacology, opthal, ent, anatomy, bioc, derma, forensic medicince, anesthesia.
