Eligibility:

Undergraduate Degree Programs (B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.P.Th., BA, B.Pharm, BA.LL.B, BBA.LL.B, LLB, BPA)

• B.Sc (Fashion Design, Hospitality Studies, Home Science): 45% in 12th standard (40% in the reserved category) in any stream-Science, Commerce, Arts or MCVC (with bridge course where necessary).

• B.Sc in Data Science: Can get a 10+2 in any stream with Mathematics/ Statistics/IT at 10+2; those who lack Mathematics/ Statistics must also do a bridge course (Semester).

• B.Sc in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning: needs 10+2 with Physics, Maths and 1 subject of either Chemistry/Biology/Technical/Vocational/Computer Science/IT/Agriculture, etc, with 50% marks (45% SC/ST).

• BCA: Must clear the CET, and should have cleared the HSC examination of the State Board of Maharashtra or its equivalent with English as a mandatory subject.

• BBA: Must qualify through CET (Common Entrance Test), and have passed HSC (or equivalent) with English as a compulsory subject.

• B.P.Th. Should have cleared Standard XII having Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Should have passed in NEET.

• D.Pharm: The appropriate criteria for the qualification are that the candidate is to have a pass at Class 12 in the Science stream with an aggregate of at least 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Mathematics).

• GNM: Should have completed 10+2 (with not specifically mentioned on the site of specific subjects specifications; please contact the institute for the same).

Diploma/Certificate Courses & Specialised Under Graduate UG (e.g. B.Pharmacy, ANM)

• B.Pharm (DBATU, affiliation): 10+2 in English and Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics or Biology; non-formal/open schooling (eg NIOS) not acceptable.

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse & Midwife): 10+2 in any stream, having 40% minimum, should have English and only female candidates, Maharashtra domicile, age 17+, or a registered ANM having a pass mark and domicile certificate.

Postgraduate & Management Programs ( MBA, PGDM, M.Sc)

• MBA (affiliated to SPPU): Post Graduate of any stream with 50% marks (45% marks for those belonging to the reserved category). Admissible entrance scores: MH-CET, CAT, CMAT, MAT and XAT, ATMA. Third-year senior undergraduate students of our university are allowed to apply as well. MBA Lateral entry: suitable for B.E./ degree and B.Tech. Graduates having at least 50 % in graduation.

• PGDM (AICTE-approved): Graduate degree in any discipline with 50% marks and re-approved score in CMAT/CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT. Applicants who have not sat the entrance tests could also apply.

• M.Sc in Cyber Security: Eligibility includes a range of undergraduate backgrounds—e.g., B.Sc (Cyber & Digital Science / Computer Science / IT / Cloud Computing), BCA, BCS, BE-IT/CS/Electronics/AI & ML, vocational in Software Dev/IT, or a graduate degree with relevant subjects.

Selection Criteria:

• BPharm / DPharm: The admissions are academic, depending on validated NEET 2023 or MHT-CET 2023 scores. The candidates have to fill in the official form of application (without photocopies), select the desired institute upon applying, and complete the process of documentation and payment of the fee. Confirming the eligibility criteria is not equivalent to the admission process, as it is preceded by fee payment and the confirmation of the institute.

• Integrated Law Programs (BBA LLB): These programs are law journals and are integrated with Business Administration and Law. They are integrated programs since they offer content on Business Administration and Law together.

• To pursue the BBA LLB (5-year integrated) course, one is to have: 10+2- minimum of 45% Marks in the general Category (42.5% in the OBC/SEBC, 40% in SC/ST).Entry with a valid score in a 5-year course of CET in MAH-LL.B.

• BCA & BBA Programs: Student enrolment in the BCA (with Honours) and BBA (with Honours) depends on the CET (Common Entrance Test) that needs to be passed by the student and the HSC examination, where English is a compulsory subject.

• Other Programs and MCA: Explicit selection criteria are not presented in the sources that are searched to access the information about the admission to MCA, as well as other courses, although SGI is generally based on the merit-assets selection according to the norms within the university or regulating boards.
