DSCET glimpse

Likes

They have a placement training classes here for students to get placed in top companies with high paid salary
The buildings were well structured and have a ground and basketball court for sports events
Students have the separate hostel for the boys and girls and they have different mess in their own

Dislikes

The management were strict about the students dress attire
They charges the unwanted fine on the name of penalty
The bus quality were very poor , they don't work properly

Admission:

I choose this college over the other colleges because of the affordability and college infrastructure. Comparing to other colleges my college fee seems affordable price with decent education place for the students. I applied for meenakshi college, peri college and agni college. In meenakshi college, the management expects more than 85% cutoff. For the agni college and peri college they charges the higher prices for the tuition fee comparing to my college. In meenakshi college, I got rejected because I can't meet their requirements (should have 85% cutoff). In agni and peri college students needs to pay the donation fee around 200000 for the admission so that I couldn't make it there . In our college, the students should score 55% and above cutoff to go through the admission process. The JEE exam isn't mandatory to get admitted in our college but the cutoff marks from those exam can have a chance to get the students preferred courses. In JEE exam the students should score more than 130 cutoff marks for the admission process.

I like the infrastructure.... ventilated classrooms..
Canteen is available.. breakfast lunch and dinner
Faculties are well approachable..we can easily interact

Dislikes

I don't like the mess good.. it's quite boring
Restrooms are not tidy..will be more clean
Hostel facility is poor .no wifi ..rooms are small

Admission:

Comparing to. Other college fees is affordable in this college for sure .... admission process is easy... better you choose counselling. For this college. Otherwise fees is quite. Extra ..for management quota

First of all I Love the college infrastructure it's damm beautiful
I love the classrooms and Library having central AC in both classes and library
Good faculty and students staff then head of the department

Dislikes

There is no basketball court in the university
College timings I don't like it 9AM-5PM.
College hostel food is not good in first year

By some other guidence i joined this college without knowing anything about this college i joined blindly with scholarship and low fees for my course i applied for many colleges but I didn't get scholarship as much i need

There is good library where we can take books and gain knowledge
This college has a good infrastructure and eco friendly environment
Labs like computer lab , EP Lab facility are good and useful

Dislikes

Though it's co education, girls and boys should not talk
Canteen facility is not up to expectations
Staffs are freshers and don't have more experience.

Admission:

Since I have opt this college as my 1st preference in counseling I got it and couldn't change it. While comparing fees structure with other colleges this one is better one but in coaching side still they need an improvement. There is a direct admission available in college and counseling method is also available. I didn't keep any colleges above this college so, I didn't face any rejection from other colleges

A honest review of a tier 3 college

Likes

I like the laboratory facilities, the department of CSE labs are well equipped with high tech computers
The mechanical laboratory also equipped with heavy machinery and good power system to the machines which are operable anytime without trouble
The faculties of Department of computer science engineering are good at thier work and giving us updated information about the field which we are going to work in

Dislikes

i never liked the dress code of our college which is not only about dress but the hair and facial hairs , there is nothing to do with the moustache and studies
the HODs are bit rude but helpful though but thier arrogance will irritate us sometimes
the hostel warden thinks he owns the hostel , even the management gives permission for the outing but he still refuses to provide us the outpass

Admission:

The reason why i choose this college over many College in tamilnadu is because this is near to the city and the fee structure is affordable according to its tier and quality of the education, this campus is small compared to many nearby colleges since it is still in development stage .

i like the college teachers behaviour towards student not all but so many
and the class timing was good as comparedto other colleges
the teachers and hod are supportive and they help individually and class inviornment was good

Dislikes

i disliked that most of the faculty was inexperienced and they don't have proper teacher for every subject
the infrastructure's wasn't good enough as what i expected it can be improved
and personally the campus and hostel rules and regulations are tight that i don't like

Admission:

i haven't in other colleges because at the very first apply i got this college so i don't have other college experience for admission i did through a broker it was a simple process the reason the college got the naac A++ that's the reasonfor taking the admission in this college.

Likes

Everything was good from infrastructure to hygienic food and hostel. Playtime and study time was well defined, the curriculum was good enough to boost my skills and enhance my education

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike , it was overall a very good experience studying in the college

The admission to our college is highly good and I would recommend it for the upcoming batches because it has a good scenic atmosphere around and excellent study space, good infrastructure and faculty and hygienic food provided

I liked a outlook of this college and infrastructure.
Atmosphere of this college is nice and looks fine
Maintained a disciplined about their students.

Dislikes

If you want to meet a Principal, you have to wait lot of hours to meet.
Very poor laboratory maintained by college for students.
And there is not enough faculties in this college

I scored good marks in my school so I get the course..I get application form in my college and application fees is 5000 that 5000 is minus your college fees and application date is April - 23- 2019. application process is very good
