After the completion of the 2nd-semester students were eligible for the campus interviews. The finance tycoons like Muthoot, and HDFC visited for the interviews. The highest package offered by the company was 3 lakh per annum and the average package was 1.5 lakh per annum. The percentage of students getting selected was 50%. As was selected in Muthoot finance I gained 1-year experience there and I got a better offer from a iifl finance company.

In my college karmaveer bhaurao patil institute of management and research Center the placements are very good. In our college more than 20 company comes for giving jobs to students of the college .

Placemet is also not good and as per my point of view placement was not everything as we learn lot of things which we used in our life and also got job in other sectors and starts self business.Some small companies are visited and average package offered is 2-3 lpa.
