Dahiwadi College, Dahiwadi was established in 1965 by Rayat Shikshan Sansthan, Satara. The College is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The founder of this college was Padmabhusan Dr. Karmveer Bhaurao Patil. The College is accredited by NAAC with B Grade. It is also accredited by DCI.

- Hostels: The College has a separate building of hostel for girls having the intake capacity of 40. The hostel is well equipped with the modern amenities.
- Computer Labs: The College has a computer lab. There is a well established Computer Lab having 70 Computers and 5 Laptops
Scholarships
- Late Yeshwantrao Chavan Scholarship: The Scholarship will be provided to the poor and intelligent students
- Late Venutai Chavan Scholarship: The scholarship also will be given to the poor, needy and intelligent students
- Shivaji University Scholarship: This type of scholarship will be given to the students who stand in the merit of the University
- The students belonging to the Backward Classes will get scholarship according to the provision of Government or their castes

Likes
- College have large space as Play ground to practice to many games .
- College have a too much big library to take any book from it.
Dislikes
- Fee was charged it really can't affordable from poor people.
- College have not proper management of hostel.
Admission:
Reservation benefits are also available in college but. It not as a beneficiary to all benefit of reservation want all poor as well as midle class it gave. We didn't face any problem finding any formalities for the admission process because of where i learn in 10 th that school and the college are a belong to Same institution. They offer us a form to fill out and give info about it after 10 the board exam. We fill it and pay fee and join class .after all formallities.
