Nature of the facilities . The facilities are very helpful and kind. In your 1st and 2nd sem they will provide the notes and explain you very briefly and if you find difficulty in english then will explain in their mother toung . They will clear all
Doubt and they will help you even after class hours but except night if no important questions is there.they will guide you how to write in the exam and how you can get more marks and what make you to achieve a good percentage in your academic sessio
Time of the class.the college provide a long duration of class which is sufficient to cover all the salabus of all the subjects the teachers are also puncture and avoid absent. They give more time for practicals which is good because practiceneedtime

Dislikes

The infrastructure.the infrastructure is not good
The facilities for apparatus is not good
All the chemicals are not available for the practical.

Actually I applied for gmch because GMC is nearer to my hometown but I got selected in MCH MCH was the second preference means in the I have given second preference and because of one mark I admitted there but MCH is really very good then gmch because MCA is older nearly 3 years their teachers are well qualified and it is in first medical College of Assam and it has more value then the other medical colleges

First of all, It is a government college under THE WEST BENGAL UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH AND SCIENCES. yYou have to score good marks in West Bengal joint entrance examination(WBJEE). After going through the counselling process i was very happy to get this college.

It's alumni chain is very strong, and they will help u in every steps of your life.

Dislikes

Labs re not well decorated and also classrooms

Admission:

The cut off of this college is hardly upto 7k rank in PMR. there are 60 seats for bachelor degree and 60 seats for diploma degree excluding the lateral entry candidate's seats. It is one and only gov Pharmacy college in west bengal.

I choose this institute because this is the oldest college in India established in 1938. The heritage of this institute attracted me. The institute is surrounded by greeneries. Moreover this institution is totally under government of West Bengal. Steps for Admission procedure: A. Bachelor in Pharmacy 1. Give the West Bengal Joint entrance Examination(WBJEE) and opt for pharmacy. The subject required are Chemistry and Maths. 2. The joint entrance counselling will give this college as an option to choose. However, Decentralization counselling also takes place approximately in and after the month of August. So checking of the college website (ipjal.ac.in) regularly at that time is require to get admission to the college B. Diploma in Pharmacy 1. Application is to be made in the West Bengal State Faculty Board. 2. Merit list will come out according to the HS marks. 3. Admissions will be according to the Merit List.

I have Cleared West Bengal joint entrance exam(pharmacy) in 2016 and participated in the counselling process. After verifying the documents at the reporting centre I came to Jalpaiguri to take admission. A provisional admission letter given by the reporting centre must be submitted to the college.
