Faculty:

THE FACULTY TO STUDENT RATIO IS AVERAGE AND RELATION WITH THE FACULTY IS NOT SO GOOD BECAUSE THE FACULTY OF THE COLLEGE IS HAVING SO MUCH ATTITUDE AND EGO IN THEM.THE FACULTY WHICH I LIKED IS THE PHYSICS FACULTY NAMED R.L SRIVASTAV SIR AND THE FACULTY WHICH I DIDN'T LIKED IS PPS FACULTY NAMED VIJENDRA SINGH BECAUSE HIS ATTITUDE IS VERY MUCH EGOISTIC.THE COLLEGE TAKE 2 TEST BEFORE SEMESTER AND IT IS MODERATE LEVEL AND 20% STUDENTS FAIL IN THIS EXAM.

Newly renovated classes are good and equipped with new teaching technology.
Teacher with more than 10+ years of experience are good with good amount of domain specific knowledge

Dislikes

You will allowed to play sports only when there is there annual fest just for few days after that everything is go on long holiday they only force on study and also if you remove 10 teacher from this college no one knows anything.

Faculty:

The ratio for faculty to student is 1:10. It's preety debatable some of them shared good relations with students and some are preety doubtful to have and yes faculties are pretty approachable. Few of them are pretty good and I like there way teaching like Shubham Sir, Ajay Sir. As such there is no one whom I say I don't like him/her There are 2 internal exams of 15 marks and yes thaey are preety easy but to give them you have to maintain 75% attendance.

the btech course is of 4 years . each year contains 2 semester. eack semester contain 25 homework,15 assignment in each subject. there is two semester exam which have centre in the nearest college . the college faculty not provide any motivation or does not support they are unavilable after the class

The faculty is very good and the interior is very nice
All the labs are properly managed and all the teacher are very nice

There is 1 faculty over 70 students. The HOD of every department is friendly. The proctor of the college AR TRIPATHI is my favourite faculty, He is very friendly and not at all rude. The PPS teacher of first year of not at all educated and wasting time The college works upon semester exam, 2 sem in 1 year ,and 3 internal exam. The difficulty of both the exams are moderate and not hard . The passing marks for sem exam is 33/100 and for internal exam is 3/10. Passing ratio of students is 99/100

First thing I like about ITM is the Teaching faculty, they give there 100% while teaching.

Dislikes

They should stop giving homeworks, assignments are enough and ITM should off there lectures by 2 pm so students get time to self study.
ITM should listen to students and ITM should focus on students practical knowledge along with theoretical knowledge.

Faculty to student ratio is a bit less. And this often impact our learning. There are some teachers who are useless because they do everything except teaching and they will take lectures also but don't teach. But most faculty members are genuinely good at there work. Approaching teaching faculty is piece of cake because they are are very supportive and dedicated for us students. But if you have any big issue which you can solve only with the help of hod or director then you will suffer. Our hod makes too much excuses. As I mentioned above some are exceptions but other faculty members are well qualified and dedicated. Only thing we students want is that teachers must give more attention to our practical leaning which I think faculty can't do because of the burden put on them from above.

Yes, the faculty available at college is one of the best in the city. College is having retired govt profeesors and other are PhD holders. Coming to assistent profeesor wherein minimum requirement is M-tech for teaching graduate students. Also, college is having University best profeesor for chemistry & Mechanical engineering.
