J.D.C Bytco Institute of Management Studies & Research Nashik Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

I don't know which company or how the process of placement. But I heard how to get placement. First, we completed our 3 year course after we got our degree. There are many interviews conducted on the campus. I don't know how much percentage required for placements but the higher the percentage more the chance of placement.

In our college we are told to do an internship of 3 months with any company we wish to after 1st year but before our 2nd year starts. The college also helped us in choosing the company and also teachers on their individual level helped us in getting the company through the help of their contacts. Various companies visited our campus for every specialization and some of the companies took the test before the interview and whoever got qualified had been called for the final interview. And some companies used to directly take the interview. The companies that visited our campus were axis bank, HDFC bank, Ashoka buildcon, some of the manufacturing companies and its companies etc. The percentage of getting recruited in our college was 60%.

As its a diploma course there was no placement but internship was there for the project so we can learn about the industry.

The placement scenario is at an average level. Few students are placed. Less number of major companies visits the campus. Average package can be 3-4 lakhs.

Placements are fine comparatively fine, as MBA colleges dont have much of placement but as our college has a Big name in the industry we have a good placement of almost 30-50% with the average package of 5-6 Lakhs.

Placements arent too good but fine, Nashik isnt a big IT hub, but still we have good placements, our college is the most senior college in the city. 30-40% of the students get placed every year with an average package of 4-6 lakhs.

The placement scenario was very poor. Only 10-20 percentage of the students got placed and their were no placement in core field. The average package was 2lk per annum.

The placements are very high in the college,the college is famous for its placements of students at better places and companies. The packages avalible from the companies in nashik are satisfactory,when the placements are out of nashik the package grows even more.
