From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. All hotel brand comes for recruitment for various post, especially for associate and management trainee post. 100% of student placement is done by the college. After achieving this degree, I have a plan to work for a hotel brand and become its asset.

The college provides numerous opportunities for internships domestic as well as abroad. Majority of the students intern at brands like Jw Marriott, Leela Palace, Oberoi, etc. At the end of the internship, students are required to provide an industrial training report which consists of the daily roles and tasks performed during the internship.

My views on IIHM BANGALORE (A Hotel Management College)

Internships Opportunities:

Oberoi Bengaluru, ITC Gardenia, Taj Westend, Conrad by Hilton hotels, the Leela palace Bangalore, etc. Most of these companies give a stipend of 2000/month for interns 2000. Many companies even pay more than this but as we are interns, and learninwe have to bear it with a less amount of stipend.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship program of the college is very good and we have lots of opportunities for internships from international hotels as well as top hotels from India also. The only drawback that I felt was the stipend for the internship is low but the experience and learning is very good.

Placement Experience:

Hotels and aviation industries are targeted for the placements and the internship programs and a lot of students get placed in the eminent organization with an average salary of 2.5 lacs which in my opinion is a great deal.
