IIHM Bangalore Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Placements are the very important part once we are in 3rd year which is the final year we get to sit in the placements of many different Hotels and we get to sit even for their Management Trainee program

We are eligible for placements in the final year of your graduation. The placements rate of this College (i.e IIHM BANGALIRE) is around 75% which not good compared to other iihm's such as iihm delhi but its not even too bad because many in many other colleges the placement rate is not even 50%. The average salary as fresher is approx 3lpa

The campus placements start right from the year 3 . sem 5. TAJ, THE LEELA, OBEROI, MARRIOTT GROUP and retails such as PUMA, TOMMY HILFGER etc. also QSR such as KFC, TACO BELL too have come for placement drive. The highest package offered was 25000-30000. 95 percentage. As I have already got a job through college once after the college ends, will further proceed to work.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. All hotel brand comes for recruitment for various post, especially for associate and management trainee post. 100% of student placement is done by the college. After achieving this degree, I have a plan to work for a hotel brand and become its asset.

The college provides various opportunities for students in the hospitality industry. The major brands that come for recruitment are Marriott International, JW Marriott, Leela palace, Taj, Oberoi, etc. Around above 90% of students are placed through campus drives.

IIHM assures 100% placements for its students. Various top 5star properties like Hyatt, Taj. Oberoi and many more visit the campus during interviews and we get laced according to our performances. Students are also offered management trainee programs.

Almost 80-85% of students get placement. It all depends on your knowledge and skills. If you have it you are sure to get placed. The average package is 600000. Major hotel brands come in looking for capable people.

We've had opportunities to learn in the hotels themselves and there's an internship opportunity in the 2nd domestic and international options available. Variety of options and opportunities are provided. Good.

From 3rd year onwards we are eligible for campus placements. Oberoi Hotels, Marriot Hotels, Leela palace Bangalore, Ritz Carlton hotel etc. Average package of a graduate will be 25k per month and the highest will be 30-40k based on the hotel. Nearly 85% of the students get placement by their graduation. My plans if to join a good chain hotels and join as a bartender.

The IIHM college is popular for its placement throughout India and as well for their international placement and International Institute of Hotel Management, (IIHM) Bangalore is also no exception the college has a very good record of 90-95% placement and lots of international placement are also made. The highest salary package is around 8 LPA and the average salary offer is around 3.50 LPA. Hotels like Taj Group of Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Taj Sats Air Catering Limited, InterContinental, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Four Seasons Hotels are the few names of the hotels that participated in the college placement drive.
