- The placements done within this college is little less but we get placed at the good company where we can shape carrer very nicely in those companies because very famous companies visit this college for recuirment.
Placement Experience:
We are eligible for placements in the final year of your graduation. The placements rate of this College (i.e IIHM BANGALIRE) is around 75% which not good compared to other iihm's such as iihm delhi but its not even too bad because many in many other colleges the placement rate is not even 50%. The average salary as fresher is approx 3lpa

The campus placements start right from the year 3 . sem 5. TAJ, THE LEELA, OBEROI, MARRIOTT GROUP and retails such as PUMA, TOMMY HILFGER etc. also QSR such as KFC, TACO BELL too have come for placement drive. The highest package offered was 25000-30000.
95 percentage. As I have already got a job through college once after the college ends, will further proceed to work.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. All hotel brand comes for recruitment for various post, especially for associate and management trainee post. 100% of student placement is done by the college. After achieving this degree, I have a plan to work for a hotel brand and become its asset.

From 3rd year onwards we are eligible for campus placements.
Oberoi Hotels, Marriot Hotels, Leela palace Bangalore, Ritz Carlton hotel etc.
Average package of a graduate will be 25k per month and the highest will be 30-40k based on the hotel.
Nearly 85% of the students get placement by their graduation.
My plans if to join a good chain hotels and join as a bartender.

The IIHM college is popular for its placement throughout India and as well for their international placement and International Institute of Hotel Management, (IIHM) Bangalore is also no exception the college has a very good record of 90-95% placement and lots of international placement are also made. The highest salary package is around 8 LPA and the average salary offer is around 3.50 LPA. Hotels like Taj Group of Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Taj Sats Air Catering Limited, InterContinental, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Four Seasons Hotels are the few names of the hotels that participated in the college placement drive.
