The college provides mock practices of interviews to all the students. They record each session and a mentor is appointed to few students and are helped to increase their strengths and remove their weaknesses. They are taught about how to grab the opportunity and the ways to avoid pitfalls. The college has a record of placing all the students in good companies with good offers. The highest package received by one of the student was Rs 950000 p.a.

The students pursuing this course doesn't take internship seriously because half of them have already made up their mind that they want to pursue MBA after BBA. Though, the college insist all the students to do an internship in any company and in any field. Usually, students try to enter into sales internship as it gives them a chance to earn extra income through commissions apart from the stipend. Basic stipend given to the students is around Rs3500 per month.

I was very excited about the internship programme in our college since it gave us the real exposure in the field of IT. This helped us getting the latest knowledge and understand the trends in the market. Stipend was given to us of around rs9000 per month and we did internship for 4 months. The college asked us to do just for 3 months but we managed to do one more month and study side by side. This happened because I was involved in a very important project and wanted to be a part of it throughout its course of action.

The students are very serious about their placement which makes the management more serious and active towards it. They come to the management with the name of the various companies that should be invited for the placement week so that they can apply in it. College has maintained 100% placement since 3 years and plan to do the same for the upcoming years.

100% placements done by the college and the offer made to students are from the world's top companies. The students are given proper training after orientation so that they can perform better and grab more and more opportunities in the corporate world. Average package that a student gets is Rs 450000 per annum and all my friends got a similar package.

The training and placement cell enforces that all students must undergo few training programmes and mock interviews before appearing for the main interview so that they can crack them easily. They give and teaches a lot of tips and methods to avoid stress and to answer the questions asked very confidently. The students are asked to inform the management about the field they want to work in advance so that they can plan the event accordingly.

The placement officer takes a lot of interest in the students of the college and makes sure that their career gets the required boost and strives completely to provide them the best facility. The team is innovative, very professional, dynamic and very very committed to the students overall development and continuous improvement. The students are taught to be disciplined and are eager to perform their best during the entire interview process.
