Tirupati Institute of Management Pune Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Placement opportunities are amazing in the college. The committee is very active and they have ensured that all the students of the college are placed in the top companies with very good pay package. The highest package was of Rs.750,000 per annum and the average package was of Rs.4,95,000 per annum. All our batch mates were placed in good companies.

The college has introduced a new internship program during winters season. It is not a regular internship project and it deals with all the social responsibilities that a student should know of. The students are required to go to NGO's or panchayats or to any village to work in this internship programme.

Placement and job opportunities are really good in this college, from first year, all the students are offered various kinds of internship opportunities and this gives an opportunity to the students to work in a company at a very early stage and can chose the company for permanent at a later stage. This kind of practice is appreciated by the students since they have the complete freedom to select and make a choice.

The placement cell focuses on enhancing and sharpening our skills and capabilities through various training programs and workshops and guest lectures, seminars and presentations and mock interviews. The placement committee works all the time to satisfy us with the placement we get. Many of the students are associated with the mnc and startups.

Internship programme is organized every year for all the students pursuing MBA. The college makes sure that the students get the right exposure and opportunity and learn in these internship programmes. If the candidate performs very well, they are given full time opportunity at the end of the internship and that too, a very good and a lucrative offer that they can't refuse.
