Scholarships are available through the Maharashtra government, and Mbai University it is generally based on the Annual family earnings. It should be below 7.5 - 8 lakhs (students' family Annual Earning) in order to apply for the scholarship. As of now, I cannot remember the exact amount to be deferred from the fees as a scholarship but I guess it will be around 50 % please. check the Mumbai University site for details of the scholarship.
