International Institute of Management & Human Resource Development Pune Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Placements are pretty decent on our campus. The placement cell is pretty supportive and dedicated. They organize guest lectures, seminars, placement drives, etc. Though many good companies come to our campus for the recruitment process, still there is a huge gap between the highest package and average package. Only a handful of students were able to secure a package above 10 LPA. I myself got placed in Tech Mahindra as a Team Lead.

There are several placement opportunities for the students. Highest package in our batch was 14.39 lacs per year. Companies like Religare, Zone One Venture, TATA Autocomp Systems, BYJU's etc. visited our institute in placement drive.

Yes, placement opportunities are more. So many good companies takes place to our campus and offer such a nice job opportunities. Companies came like:- Kinetic Motors Ltd., RIICO / Bajaj Capital, ESCORTS, Affinity Express, Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd., IMCL, XEROX, HCL Infinet, Atlas Copco, Hurix Systems, PNB etc.

So many companies takes place to our campus. More than 1000 students placed every year. So many companies came like:- Standard Chartered Bank, Unique Circle Eng Pvt. Ltd., Minda Huf Ltd., Spectrum Global Pvt. Ltd., House of Laptop Info solution Pvt. Ltd., Pawan Hans Helicopters, Whirlpool of India Ltd.etc.

Yes, college does provide placement facility to their students. Companies came to our campus are very big companies i remember the names of some companies which are:- Somani Tiles, Suzlon Energy Ltd., Weik-field Products Co. Pvt. Ltd., Sie Mui Heng International, Group of Companies, WNS, Aditya Birla Retail Ltd., Maharashtra Enviro Power Ltd. etc.
