Rama Medical College Kanpur details

Likes

Patient flow and hospital, like you get to see good patient inflow because of Rama hospital being Major hospital nearby.
Academics is amazing. You will see well sustained labs and faculties are good.
College campus is well maintained and regular organisation of sports and cultural fests.

Dislikes

There's no such thing as disliked but college is far away from city and you have to travel minimum 10km to buy things.

Admission:

I applied for three other medical College but my first preference was this college only and if i failed to get this college I would have got Rama Hapur, SARASWATI OR KD MATHURA. Admission process is smooth

RAMA MEDICAL COLLEGE, KANPUR - start the learning!

Likes

The faculty here is very amazing and are themselves MBBS MD doctor with at least 10 years of experience
The campus life here is incredibly good, you are going to experience a lot of exposure here
Many fests are timely conducted here in the campus like the cultural fests, sports fests, DJ nights etc.

Dislikes

The college campus is a little far from the main city like 8km
It is mandatory to live in the hostel, you have to pay the hostel fee even if you are a day scholar

Admission:

You need to qualify the NEET UG exam and score at least between 350-480 marks. The admission process was quite simple and easy. You first need to participate in the counselling procedure and then when you are alloted the college you need to report to the respective college and complete the further procedures

Glimpses of Rama Medical college,kanpur

Likes

The most likely things about this college would be probably the 1.mess facility food is really good and quality standards are also matched the menu is revised according to the students they provide with 4 times /day services
2. Campus life is not very happening but they host for really good events on festivals celebrations are at University level includes food and fun for students all sort of arrangements are made students are allowed to volunteer and host events here.
3. Few professors and teaching staff is cooperative and patient with students some of them really help you grow and enhance your skills even though major part of the hardwork has to be from your side there guidance on practical knowledge helps a lot.

Dislikes

1. The college environment is not appreciated filled with toxicity and stress people around here are extremely narrow minded and would judge you for every possible thing you just need to adapt to it that not everyone is going to like you and be there
2. The management of the college is not very cooperative despite of multiple complaints it takes long time to get thing corrected ,problems ans issues and not resolved immediately even if complaint is filed action does not take place
3. The classroom are not very spacious and not occupied with proper ventilation and cooling facilities, college washrooms and not functional and are unhygienic, basic clean drinking water facilities are not provided in college , no proper sanitation

Admission:

The course offers you mbbs degree you are eligible to enter the course only if you pass the neet ug examination. After which you have to select rama medical college in college prefferance list in online allotment of seats. The application form and detailed fee structure is provided on the website of the college you can also directly contact the college administration for details regarding the course duration and fee structure. Reservation benefits are not provided no consession is given on fees for economically weaker sections . Areas of improvement in admission process would be they should provide more transparency to parents and students regarding the fee structure payment methods and availment of conssesion a lot the extra charges and fees are involved later on which are not informed before also the promises made at the time pf admission are not often fullfilled upto the mark . It often becomes difficult for parents to get such huge amounts on short notices for payment.

A Light for Study ????.

Likes

The teachers and their staffs are so friendly.
The whole management system and the students arrangements.
There are no bullies among students and new students.

Dislikes

The exams are so rough that I have to focus on studying very hard.
Their hostel and theirs canteen management.
The workers are so rough and I have to make them with friendlyness almost times.
