Placement Experience:
The college usually gives placement in 9th semester. The law firms like Khaitan and Khaitan usually come for placements. The highest package i ever saw here was 10 Lakh rupees per anum and the lowest is 4 lakh rupees per annum. Around 80% of the students bag placements. My plans after defree include Judiciary and PP exam

Internships Opportunities:
The university makes compulsory for final year students to go for internship, specially in High Court or district court. The internship is for one month and there is no stipend given. But the internship experience is great. It helps a student to learn more and more about the practical life of an advocate.

The UILS have good reputation in honourable Panjan and Haryana High Court as most of the lawyers out there are from UILS itself so can get help from your senior but the department itself give almost no placements as the department does not create corporate lawyers the internships are given but at very less scale so you need to do all by yourself

Interships are not available to all students. Only brilliant students are provided interships by department. Most Interships are not Stipend based.
Vidhi - Nidhi Interships are one of those available throughout the Year.
Other are In High Court or District Courts.

The placement cell of the college provides placement opportunities in companies like ICICI Securities,Genpact and many such companies with an average package of 4-6 lakhs. Although there are no internships available.

Placement at Chandigarh University is good especially in our department UILS placement record is good. Yes Placement department with the help of UILS also assists students in getting the internship.
Placement procedure starts from the first semester initially they train students regarding soft skills and also help them in facing telephonic and video interviews.
