Which selects student before completing the degree. So one can get the job before completing the degree I mean in 7th sem of degree if the degree is of 3 years so one can get the job in the 5th sem. For this there is also a department namely training and placement dept. which looks for the placement for students

No i didn't take any loan regarding our education. But college have this facility and also provide scholarship which is given by state government not college.
