FABS offers Admissions in courses like PGPEM, Program in Capability Enhancement for Executives and Executive Education in which candidate must be graduated or in final year with minimum  50% marks from any recognized university.

Selection Procedure:

• First, candidate must have passed FABS Aptitude test. The test is to evaluate students on quantitative ability, Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning.
• Then, students undergo Psychometric Test where students are assessed on behavioral preferences and aptitude towards work.
•  After these two tests, students undergo FIT (FABS Intensive Training) in which they are tested with training and tools.
• The final round consist of CIP – Corporate Individual Profiling. This round consist of evaluating the individual on the basis of corporate work. The candidate is given its choice of 3 corporates and if gets selected by any one corporate then he will admitted in FABS.
