The Faculty here at KSBT is very approachable. You can approach them for course related as well as unrelated doubts. They are always there to guide you. Most faculties here have their own research labs and would take in interns for their labs from 3rd Year onwards. The examination structure is as follows- Internal exams- Mostly MCQ based. 10 Marks Attendance and class interaction- 20 Marks Mid-Semester Exams- 20 Marks- Written. End Semester Exams- 50 Marks- Writen. Total- 100 Marks Exam Difficulty - Medium Most students pass the exams barring a few. KSBT follows a Grading System- O- 90-100 E- 80-89 A- 70-79 B- 60-69 C- 50-59 D- 40-49 F- <40

There are around 60 to 66 students in a section.We have three section. The faculty are well trained. Most of them have Phd from respected universities. They are very friendly with us. We can easily resolve our doubts in studies by personally meeting them. Each student is assigned a mentor. We can go to them for any academic and non academic problems. Almost all faculties are very helpful. Exams are conducted twice per semester. A mid semester exam of 20 marks and end semster exam of 50 marks is conducted in every semester. Rest 30 marks is internal assesment . It includes quizes, assignments,class performance, presentations etc.Questions are mostly based on curicullum. Students who get a paper back or those who get debarred due to shortage of attendance(less than 75%) can apply to appear supplementary exams. Students with less than grade C can appear for improvrment exams.

Faculties are well trained and qualified. Most of them are qualified and did their jobs and learning experience from abroad, but according to their quantification teachings are not upto the mark. Regardless the faculties are always open to provide to hand to their beloved students. As per the faulty to student ratio, each Faculties are provide with minimum 5 to 20 students to look after them and solve their problems.

The faculty-to-student ratio is very practical and has not negatively affected the learning process at all. There are nearly 50 faculties who are all PhDs from the best universities throughout the world. Some faculties are really friendly and what they teach in class will get embedded into you for a long time if you are cooperative. While all of the professors encourage talking to them about career or life advice, or even asking doubts after hours. Most are available to talk any time in their working hour and some even beyond that. Their experience in the world-stage has been truly beneficial in getting an idea of what a career in their particular fields may behold.

Almost everyone is a Phd holder and the facilities are even really good, I enjoy studying there. The faculty and student ratio is 1:80 around . They teach really well and clear our doubts as many times as we ask. That's the best part I feel.

The faculties are very straight forward. Very qualified and of helping nature, they encourage us to take up research as this field, biotechnology is all about research. They always keep us updated with the knowledge they have obtained.

The faculties are extremely talented and qualified to handle this professional course. They have many years of experience in the field of teaching. Our professor K K Jena is working on a project called the "Golden rice project" which is very inspiring, our faculties encourage us to take up such work.

The faculty teachers are one of the best. They are experienced and very qualified in what they do. They always have the best answers to the questions and doubts of the people. Some of the teachers have qualified the expertise exams like JRF, NET, etc.

The faculty teachers are very talented and experienced in their subjects so that they are always there to clears out any doubts of the students. The teachers are also very helpful and kind with their students but they always maintain a very professional relation with the students.

Faculties are very frank,courageous and helping.they are very qualified in respective Field. The help to learn new thing, do new things and carrier Devoloment.they have upadted knowledge about the course.
