DDCE offers various UG & PG courses in the disciplines of Arts, Commerce and Management, etc. Admission to DDCE UG courses is offered to only those candidates who have passed based 10+2 from a recognised board.
Candidates are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The PG program admission is based on a Bachelor's degree from Utkal University or Equivalent. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of the Online Entrance Test, followed by an Interview.

DDCE offers MBA (Hons.) as its popular course.
Admissions to the MA course require a Graduation from Utkal University or equivalent on a first-come, first-served basis.

DDCE Admission Process 2025

DDCE offers admissions to UG and PG programs to all the eligible candidates. For UG Courses, Candidates need to pass their 10+2 from a recognised board, and for PG courses, candidates need a Bachelor's degree from a recognised University along with the Online Entrance test.

DDCE UG Admission Process 2025

DDCE admissions for the UG Courses are mostly done based on a First Come, First Served basis as mentioned below.

Registration of the Applicant: The applicant needs to register through a link available on the CDOE website(https://ddceutkal.ac.in/admission.asp) and click New Student Registration. Here, the applicant needs to submit his/ her name, Email id, Name of the course, Mobile no, and Date of Birth (as per the Birth Certificate / Matric Certificate)
After the New Registration, a student will get an auto-generated Email, where the form number will be mentioned.
Log in with Form No & DOB and read the instructions carefully.
Create the Academic Bank Credit (ABC) ID and DEB ID while filling up the application form. Such will facilitate verification of the documents.
Fill in all the details of the form correctly, then click Submit & Continue.
Upload your Photograph (Max Size:100 KB) & Signature (Max Size: 50 KB) in .jpg format only.
Upload all required documents/certificates in .pdf format
After clearance& verification of documents from CDOE, the Payment link will be activated. (CDOE will verify all documents online; if required, the candidate will be called for physical verification of certificates.)
After successful submission of the fees and verification by CDOE Officials, the student will get an e-ID card, e-receipt, and e-Prospectus. One may collect the printed identity card from the CDOE, Utkal University. After the generation of e-ID cards, the study material page will be activated at the student’s portal.

DDCE PG Admission 2025

DDCE offers PG admissions to only those candidates who have completed Graduation from Utkal University or Equivalent. Candidates are selected on the basis of first Come First first-served basis followed by an Entrance test and a Personal Interview. Selection criteria only for all the major courses in a tabulated form:

Then the payment through the payment gateway will have to be made.
The candidate shall be allotted a slot for appearing for the online test at DDCE.
The results will also be published on the same day.
On clearing the entrance test conducted by DDCE, the student will be asked to appear for the interview.
After all the verification work is completed, the candidate will be admitted after payment of the fee for the particular course

Note: The personal interview is mandatory only for MCA (Morning face-to-face PCP) and M BA (Hons.) (Hons.) (Evening face-to-face PCP). After successfully qualifying in the test and considering the carrier marks (only applicable for the MCA course)

Ques. How is the Infrastructure of DDCE?

Ans.DDCE is a well-maintained campus. It is a lush green campus under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.DDCE provide more than 800 square meters of floor space, accommodating an Auditorium and twenty spacious classrooms. Auditorium is not only used at the time of events but also for Lectures and Informative sessions. It also has a separate building for providing study material. The Campus has Banks within for comfortable transactions. The campus also provides a fully loaded IT Lab where staff members can work simultaneously on different systems. DDCE also offers a wide Library with a Seating Capacity of 80 people. It also provides Internet facility and Nodes for E- e-reading. The library also offers Newspapers, Journals and Magazines.

Ques. What is the PCP Programme at DDCDE?

Ans. DDCE offers the PCP Program for its students. PCP stands for Personal Contact Programme, which is conducted at the time of a candidate's admission. There are two ways of conducting PCP Programs as mentioned below:

PCP in Phase-wise: Semester-wise PCP will be conducted for 10 to 15 days (online/offline) per semester during morning and daytime. Separate counselling sessions will also be conducted at the Headquarters as per the requirements of the respective Faculties.
PCP/ Classes in face-to-face: The PCP will be conducted on weekdays from Monday to Friday during evening time in face-to-face mode regularly, where a batch of 40 students will take admission. The working executives who are unable to attend the PCP during office hours have the provision to join the programme. A student has to pay an additional 6000/- (year-wise towards course fees) for enrolling in the MBA (Hons.) (Hons.) (Evening face-to-face PCP).

Ques. What are the Eligibility Criteria and Selection Criteria for the MCA course in DDCE?

Ans. In DDCE, the candidate should have passed BCA/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent Degree to get admission into the MCA Course. Candidates should obtain at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the qualifying examination. Further, DDCE conducts an online admission Test followed by a personal interview. Online Test shall consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions covering Reasoning, Comprehension, English Language, Computer Fundamentals and Quantitative Techniques. Selection shall be on the basis of Career, Entrance and PI. The Reservation Policy of P G Council shall be applicable. The Duration of the course is 2 years, and the seat Intake is 64. This course is provided in a Distance mode in English medium.

Utkal University DDCE Admissions 2023

Admissions to the courses are either merit-based or entrance based. The entrance tests considered are Online Entrance Tests conducted by the institute. The details of the same are mentioned below:

It consists of 100 MCQs.
It covers reasoning, comprehension, English Language, and Quantitative Techniques.
Rolling online tests might be conducted subject to the availability of seats.
Seats are reserved as per the provisions laid down by the PG Council, subject to clearing the test.

Click on Apply Online.
Fill in the required details and upload photographs and signatures.

Admission:

As ddce utkal university is a very reputed college and its fee structure is also very affordable I chose this college in comparison to other colleges. I also applied for KIIT, CV Raman for their fee structure is very high which is not affordable by everyone. I didn't got rejected from other colleges but I chose this one because of its convenient fee structure and educational facilities as it is one of the bestest universities in odisha.

My amazing experience in ddce utkal university.

Admission:

There are plenty of courses to choose from ,I choose IMBA it taught me most about international business strategies. And am glad for it.you can find application forms in the beginning of the college where there is a counter ,the first counter provides forms , I'd cards etc. As I said earlier exam timings are flexible and you can take your time if you came late for any issues that is serious.

For MBA, there generally is an entrance test for admission in colleges. This college didn't need the national level tests, they conducted their own entrance exam, which was still tough. After passing that, I was called for an interview, and that's it.
