Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking to get admission in a full-time program should follow the following criteria

The Candidate must have Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only);
Obtained score in MAH-M.ARCH-CET 2018.

Admission Guidelines

(i) The candidate should be an Indian National;

(ii) Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only);

(iii) Obtained score in MAH-M.ARCH-CET 2022

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee is not to expensive and it has to be paid when the new academic year starts. Installment option is given to the students where students may not be able to pay the fee in one go then in that case they can pay the fee in 2-3 installments.

Good quality of education.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The total fees of the two years course was around 1,44227 rupees. In the first year we have to pay around 68500 rupees. We have to pay examination fees extra which was not included in the total fees. The fees is little expensive but i found it worthy.

I have not availed any scholarship or loan through the college and as such do not possess any information in this regard.However there are a few government scholarships for special castes and minorities and female students that can be availed.
