Bc roy hall which is a class room and OPD with more staff

All departments infrastructure which is literally old

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fees structure about college is 60000 and hostel fee will be almost 40000 per year. Extra 5000 for all internals preparation for them . We get only government scholarship no more than that per year.

Life at VIMS

Likes

First point. Clinical exposure. You can find the best clinical exposure at VIMS. We can see a variety of clinical cases, which gives an upper hand in better understanding of various medical conditions.
There is a great balance of academics and extra curricular activities. We celebrate various events together. Also there are college fests conducted, but not so often.

Dislikes

The response from the administrative department regarding scholarships and stuff is not that great. You need to be behind them to get your works done.
Although the college is huge and spread over a large area, the maintenance is something that is disliked by everyone.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The tuition fee was very disappointing for our batch. There was a huge rise from 18 thousand to 65 thousand. The rise wasn't even justified as we do not see any extra benefits. The complete cost of our education would be around 1 lac per year. The scholarships available are NSP and SSP.

The life that you can never experience

The best campus ever seen in my life . It contains separate building for all the departments . The best and the quality professors and doctors. Regular patients visit through which we can learn lot about various diseases. Postings time the pg help us
The way they prepare the papers clinical studies everything is best compared to other colleges. The discipline strictness in the attendance I think this college would be the better place to become a good doctor

The fee structure this college contains is helpful for the poor students to study in the. Best college and aspire their dreams whatever they wish for . Campus internship is for one year where they provide 30000 salary per month the complete cost of this course can come for 1 lakh which is better fee structure to learn this course

As the college is run by the Karnataka government the fee structure is affordable even for low-income families. The fee is 65000/yr. And the students get a scholarship from the government of Karnataka based on their family income and caste. So the fee can be compensated with a scholarship.

The govt provides scholarship for SC/ST/OBC students and provide free books for such students. Apart from these scholarships, students can easily avail loans without much hassle because this is a govt coleege

Best medical college in Karnataka

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Government provides scholarship to all students whose parents income is less than ?3,00,000(not very sure) called e pass, from which you can get total reimbursement of both college and hostel fees. You can also apply for other scholarships applicable personally for you through the college.
