SDMC Ujire Faculty

The faculty at the college are highly knowledgeable, with most having completed their Ph.D. degrees. The student-to-faculty ratio is 40:1, and there are over 200 faculty members for more than 2000 students. The lecturers are described as supportive, approachable, and student-friendly, using a mix of traditional and technology-enhanced teaching methods such as projectors and Google Classroom.

There are 2 internal exams and 2 semester exams per year, with a total of 6 semesters for B.Com students. The psychology department has 5 teaching staff. Faculty are involved in guiding both academic and non-academic activities, including workshops, personal development activities, and student fora. The exams are moderately difficult, and the faculty focus on both the syllabus and additional knowledge to prepare students for the future.
