The college offers a one-year compulsory rotatory internship for all successful students, available both within its own specialty clinic and through external postings in government and Kerala hospitals. Additionally, outside students can opt for internships at the college. Hospitals across India, particularly those focusing on Ayurveda and Siddha, frequently visit the college for trainee doctor selection.
Despite a limited number of patients in the Ayurvedic section, the college compensates by arranging necessary external postings. Annual placement events, under the name Pragathi, facilitate job opportunities, with participation from pharmaceutical companies and hospitals across India. However, the college does not provide any stipend during the internship period.
