RRCE Faculty

The faculty at the college consists of approximately 30 members, including both teaching and non-teaching staff, with an average age around 30 and most holding a Master's degree in Engineering (M.E). The faculty-student ratio is generally 1:10, varying by department. While the faculty is described as friendly and approachable, there are concerns about their knowledge and industry experience, particularly in practical sessions. Some faculty members are noted for their high qualification and subject knowledge, with a few holding PhDs.

Faculties are supportive and helpful, conducting regular interactions and monthly internals, and students can easily reach out to them for doubts. However, issues such as partiality, lack of interest in elaborating topics, and outdated lab equipment are highlighted. The college conducts three internal exams per semester, and faculty involvement varies across departments, with some being described as strict or unfriendly. Despite these challenges, faculty support is evident in project guidance and extracurricular activities, contributing positively to student learning and development.
