KITS Ramtek provides a 4-year B.Tech program in full-time mode across 8 different specializations. The eligibility and selection criteria for admissions are as follows:

• B.Tech program is provided in CSE (AI & ML), Electronics & Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, ECE, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering
• Candidates must have passed the 10 + 2 Level Examination with at least 45% Marks from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for general category students.
• A relaxation of 5% is provided to the students of SC/ST background.
• For admission selection, students are required to pass the JEE Main or MHT CET examination with the required rank of the institute.
• These exams are conducted by the CET Cell for state-level exams and by the Central government for the JEE examination.
• The registered candidates can apply for admission through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) rounds conducted by the CET Cell of the state government.
• Students having a valid JEE Mains score will have their seats allocated by JOSAA counseling. Students need to register for the counseling process as well.

• Candidate must have passed the 10 + 2 Level Examination from a recognized board with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects.
• Chemistry or Biotechnology, or Biology from a recognized board of education.
• Students should also have 50% separately in Mathematics at the 10+2 Level examination.
• Final Selections are based on the scores in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).

• Eligibility Criteria: A Graduation degree in Engineering/Science with 45% Marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
• Those who are in the final year of such programs are also eligible.
• A Valid GATE score is considered for admission to M.Tech programs.
• Shortlisted candidates are then examined based on the CCMT counseling round.
