The course which I am persuing is the history honours, history stands for the study of the world ancient history, studying history will help me to know more in detail about the world as we all know if we go through the root the we will able to understand the concept

I only started this year so I don't know how much fees in total I have to pay in a year, but i paid forst installment 7100 after getting admission, i think i will need to pay 7100 or more for every semester. If a student wants to go to the college gym, then they have to pay 1000 monthly for it. My batchmates taking BSC pays more, if I'm not mistaken he paid around 19,000 for first installment. I haven't really applied for scholarships yet since i only got admitted not long ago, and about the merit cum needed, i think if a students get a good grade then they do not need to pay their fees, I'm not really sure.

I want to be an air hostess so as to have more wider concept of english since it's compulsory for an air hostess to speak English and I want to join the international cabin crew so I have to get my BA degree.

NEHU syllabus is quite good I should say, especially with the introduction of the NEP(New Education Policy) Well regarding the curriculum, I would say the teachers play and important part regarding that situation. However, exams or tests are becoming quite a headache for the students compared to the duration of our courses

I chose this course because to be honest it is one of the easiest subjects but also one of the subjects you can easily score marks in....tests are held before exams which is a good sign and also helps the students to prepare

I don't have much knowledge about campus placement. I plan to continue MA after I get the degree, if possible.

My overall experience at Shillong college was refined by excellent student community and faculty members. The activities held regularly also helped me to move outside my shell. The only thing to improve about the college is regarding the job opportunities and internships. Besides that this college would give you the college life experience you've always wanted.

The college is awesome and has got vast library that is the centre point of attraction for all the students. I developed reading habit and that helped me improve my answers in the examinations. The campus infrastructure needs some improvement.

The alumni network is not that active. The placement cell needs to be made more active. The faculty is very good. The infrastructure can be improved so that the students can learn better. Overall the college is awesome.
