The college offers a comprehensive one-year compulsory internship as part of the MBBS program. Interns are placed in a 1,280-bed teaching hospital, fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, which also serves the Dental, Nursing, and Physiotherapy colleges on campus. During the internship, students are rotated through various clinical departments, gaining diverse medical experience.

Research opportunities are available, with a supportive research department aiding in publication efforts. Interns receive a stipend of approximately 10,000 INR monthly. While some students pursue internships outside the college for postgraduate preparation, the college hospital provides a foundational experience essential for degree completion.
