Guwahati College of Architecture and Planning has a moderate placement record with around 70–85% students getting placed in recent years. The average package is around 3.5 LPA, while the highest package has gone up to about 5.5 LPA. Students are placed in architecture firms, construction companies, and some corporate recruiters like L&T and Godrej. However, many students also opt for higher studies or internships to improve career prospects. Overall, the college offers decent placement support but the opportunities are more design-firm oriented rather than high-paying corporate roles.
