We can find application forms of nata in their site and application fees are almost 1500 indian rupees. Exam is 3 hour and it includes physics, drawing, iq based questions it was a computerized exam. Exams are moderate level.
Overall Campus is nature friendly. Faculties are very friendly and best with knowledge. Admission is about to start online. I refer to this college because I think it as the best college with good faculties. As a passout student, I'm proud of my college. The college provides college buses to all the routes also at Kasargod and Kannur town.
I wrote kerala engineering and medical entrance eaxamination(KEAM) and after several procedures I was alloted to College of Engineering and technology Payyanur for Btech Mechanical Engineering in the trial allotment and in the first allotment, I was alloted in merit in a college at perumbavoor for Btechin Aeronautical Engineering which was the highly prefered by me in the allotment procedures(although it was by mistake) but i took my admission in my college, CET Payyanur as if its 20kms from my home and can be a day scholar and not a hosteller
I wrote entrance exam and also I had 88% in +2. Also assured 33234 rank in KEAM. Therefore I got merit mangement seat. One of my friend suggested this college. Then we visited the college. I got intrested since the had started architecture course ( B arch) and also its only 20 km away from my home.
After having passed the entrance examination of state government I have got merit seat at a college thats far from my home. As I liked to continue as a day scholar, I joined my college (College of Engineering and Technology Payyanur) with the same entrance result via management quota.
The admission process is pretty hectic. First, you have to attempt the KEAM entrance test. The seat allotment is on the basis of the test scores. The student from the Kerala state itself will be given preference over other students.
The admission to the B.Arch course is on the basis of the NATA exam scores. The college conducts a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). Out of the total number of seats, half of the seats are filled by CAP, while the rest of the seats are filled under management quota.
The college is a new one and its rising. Its not pretty good but not too bad. I personally don't like the management. The chairman is awkward so is the hod of civil.
