Undergraduate Courses
Lady Doak College offers various specializations in B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. and BBA courses at the undergraduate level. Seats to undergraduate courses will be allotted on the basis of merit.

Candidates who have completed their undergraduate studies from a recognized university, within the respective course duration, are eligible to apply for a postgraduate course. Seats to all these courses will be allotted on the basis of merit. The merit list will be drawn up based on candidates’ performance in their previous academics.

Lady Doak College Facilities
Hostel
Hostel admission is valid only for ONE academic year at a time and its renewal is subject to the student abiding by rules, regulations and expectations of the college and hostel. Her academic progress is also taken into account. Fees will be levied towards establishment and medical service for the year at the commencement of the academic year. Payment should be made only through online. Hostel fees should be paid at the beginning of the academic year. Boarding fees will be collected in 3 installments [one at the commencement of the academic year / Odd Semester along with the hostel fees, Second, at the beginning of September and third, at the beginning of January]. All deposits will be adjusted at the end of the academic year for mess bill & dues if any, and the balance will be refunded.
Library
X. Miller Memorial Library holds to its credit 1,38,814 books, 106 print journals, newspapers & periodicals and 3828 e-journals. The library consists of a general library, twelve departmental libraries and resource centres on Women’s Studies and Christian Studies. Open Access System and special collections on Human Rights, Environmental Studies, International Studies, Interfaith Relations, Competitive Exams and Current Affairs are the hallmarks of J. X. Miller Library.

- None acutally. Sometimed the exams are stressed but after completing it we feel we learned a lot.
- Most of the time, the time tables for exam and syllabus to study is very high.

When i had searched college for my pg in madurai, this was the only one that have high standard education. During my ug days, while we saw this college students in every competition, they have unique performance and highly achieve success in everything. This makes good impression over the college. When my choice should be in madurai. I felt this one is the standardized college in all the aspects. You can see the students studying and also enjoying at the same time.

- LDC has an amazing campus which no one can hate . It has lot of facilities and various clubs and departments for people of various interests.
- LDC has a chapel and the service happens thrice a day . Ldc conducts lots of events in an Academic year. Which stimulates and brings confidence in students. All the teachers and non teaching staffs there are easy to approach.
Dislikes
- Ldc has a great campus but the water facilities there has to be still improved
- Events , project deadlines will in the same time so it will be hectic at times . But this will be quite natural and help us lot in managing time in the future

The admission process will be through counseling and normal admission . The cutoff marks will differ according to the caste , religion etc . Application form will be found in their official website . The application fee costs around ?200. There will be no interview for the admission just a simple talk with the faculty

I joined in the year of 2020 at that time we all are in lockdown period. On that time I applied my application through online which is in lady doak college website, I applied computer science degree for that degree they see my all main subjects marks and percentage. If we selected means they send the message to our mobile phone, they give some limited days to pay the fees in online. On that time there is no enterence exams. I suggest the area to improve in admission process is they want to allow us to pay fees in campus also because sometimes we are in out of station so we faced net work problems.

The admission process was good and easy. no, I didn't write any entrance exam. The hsc cutoff should be above 140% for this course. the application form was available on the website, the process was user-friendly, and clear instructions were provided, minimizing any potential confusion. The application fees are reasonable and are in line with industry standards. there are some reservation benefits available for some communities and scholarships and seats are allotted so they can be benefited. The admission process can be still improved.
