Hostel rooms accomodate 4 people, with basic needs like tables, bed, cupboards. with no allowance for any gadgets other than laptops and mobile phones. Corridors are under CCTV coverage so security is no issue, unless your room mates are the culprit.

Food is Average I'd say. But the menu is vast. Serving two different dishes 3 times a day with rice and chapattis. Sweet dish during dinner is served too. Morning breakfast includes paranthas.

I was a day scholar but as per my friends in the hostel, the food and laundry services were not very good, below average you can say. Three or four students shared one room. Although new hostels blocks have been constructed to avoid shortage of rooms.
