Academy of Architecture Mumbai Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

Academy of Architecture offers the B.Arch course at the under graduate level under the aided and unaided categories. The aided category has 60 available seats and the unaided category has 40 available seats.

Applications to the B.Arch course is accepted from candidates who have completed their 10 + 2 from any stream with mathematics as a compulsory subject, having scored minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

Applications are also accepted from candidates who have completed 3 years of Diploma from any stream, after completing their 10th standard and having scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate in their Diploma course.

Applicants are also required to have score minimum 40% marks in the Maharashtra Architecture CAT examination to be considered as eligible to apply. Admission to the B.Arch course will be done based on candidates’ performance in the MAH – AR – CAT examination. The seats will be allotted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), which will be conducted by the Department of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

Important Points:

• Diploma should be completed from an institution recognized by AICTE.
• Candidates should be minimum 17 years of age to apply.
• Counseling through CAP will be based on performance in the MAH – AR – CAT.
• 10+2 studies should be completed from the CBSE / ICSE / other recognized board of education.
• Candidates belong to the SC/ ST/ other backward categories will be considered as eligible to apply provided that they have scored minimum 45% marks in their 10+2 examination / Diploma.
