What is the cut-off score required in CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT for admission in IMB?

The institute does not release any merit-list for enrolling students in the IMB program. There is no restriction of cut-off for admission rather a high score will be considered. It is mandatory for the students to appear in any of these examinations. If theyare not satisfied with their scores, one can appear in the entrance test conducted by Bocconi.

What is the process of interview for admission to the Institute?

The interview is conducted by the faculty members of the management team. The students are shortlisted onthe basis of marks obtained in the entrance test.The selection will be purely determined by the profile and quality of the candidates. In the case of a foreign student, the interview will be conducted over the phone or Skype.

Are all students required to live on campus in the hostel?

As per the guidelines laid by the Center, it is necessary for all students to stay in the hostel. The availability of hostel rooms is based on first come first serve. However, there are no special facilities for married students. They can rent apartments near the campus with the help of the management team.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from starting of the second year. The placements commence then and continue till everyone is placed. Being a young college, the placements are improving on a yearly basis with new companies being onboarded. The average package stands around 12-13LPA.

As far as I have researched till now, I know that you might get a useless one but Bocconi certainly can get you a job. The scene here is top 20% students always get placed for a package of more 15 lakhs and others don't go below 7 lakhs. Average is usually around 12 lakhs. There are some 60+ recruiters who visit college like H&M, PWC, ICICI bank,etc.

Yes. The college has a dedicated career development services department and a placement committee for internships and final placements. Profiles range in different industries and companies. Many a times, if a student has strong profile, the committee helps in attaining desired companies only for that student provided the profile fits the job.
