At Bocconi, the top 20% of students secure job placements with salaries exceeding 15 lakhs per annum, while other students generally receive offers starting at 7 lakhs, with an average package around 12-13 lakhs. Students are eligible to participate in campus placements from the beginning of their second year, and the process continues until all students are placed.
