- It is mandatory for all candidates to apply for CAP/ CET conducted by the University (as applicable) for admission to the various courses offered by the college.

The institute offers B.A. in Marathi, Hindi, English, Psychology, Music, History, Political Science, Sociology, Economics and Public Administration; B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Application, Computer Science, Botany, Zoology, Dairy Science & Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology and Bioinformatics; B. Com and BBA.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these courses is a pass in HSC / 10+2/ equivalent exam from a recognized board with minimum 40 percentile marks in aggregate.
Selection of candidates for all courses other than BBA are done on the basis of merit. BBA candidates are selected on the basis of their CET (conducted by the university) score.
- Prospective candidates may apply online for CAP counselling.

- Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc. Regular and B.Sc. Professional programs are required to have pass the 10+2 level exam in science stream.
- Mathematics & Biology at the 10+2 level are mandatory for students applying for B.Sc. professional programs.

The institute currently offers MA courses in Marathi/ Hindi/ English/ Psychology/ History/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Economics/ Public Administration, M.Sc. courses in Computer Science/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology, including 4 additional programs, viz. P.G.D.C.A., P.G.D.B.M., B.C.M. and M.M.S.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the MA and M.Sc. courses is a BA and B.Sc. degree respectively. For admission to the PGDCA and PGDBM courses, graduation in the relevant discipline is a must.
B.C.M. and M.M.S. candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Management or allied discipline. Selection for MA and M.Sc. is done through CAP. Applicants for the other PG courses are selected through CET conducted by the University.

Vivekanand College admits students for PGDCA, PGDBM, BCM and MMS courses through CET conducted by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. For admission to rest of the courses, students are selected on the basis of merit of their last qualifying exam score through CAP (Centralized Admission Process).
The application process in details is as follows:
- Candidates must first fill the online application form for CAP available on the University website.
- Once the application form has been duly filled and submitted, they must attend the document verification process.
- It is important for the candidate to be physically present at the venue in person.
- After documents verification, university publishes a provisional merit list, receives grievances, if any, and then publishes a final merit list for allotment purpose.
- The merit list also displays the available category-wise seats for CAP Round I & II.
- The next step entails candidates to exercise their options, which requires the application to fill the online option form.
- In this phase, choice of course and institute has to be selected by the candidate.
- Students must then attend CAP counselling following which a Provisional Allotment List is displayed indicating allotted institute and course.
- After the Final Merit List has been published, candidates must apply at the institute level by filling the physical copy of the application from collected from the campus.

cource eligibility-12th passsout( minimum 60%),also they take personal interview. Admission process is offline and no entrance exam needed. Reservetion Benefits for SC/VJNT category- 90% fees were less than ours there is one mid-sem and then final semester,Time duration for final semester-1 and half hour. Exam difficulty is not so high.
Admission:
Eligibility of course is 12th standard pass out by above 65% in 12th std. On the campus there is private faculty there we can find the application form. And application fees = 6000. For the other caste, there are reservations. Now for the admission process, there is a test given by Computer Based test of 100 marks.
Remarks:
One of top most college in Aurangabad for computer science studies which provides a best computer lab to its students and its comes under in the 69th University of India the teachers and other staff is very intelligent and friendly also college provides the campus placement facility which provides surity of jobs and careers
Admission:
I applied for B. Com in my college because it's well renowned in the city of Aurangabad, It has one of the best faculty for my course, and since it's best college I got selected on the basis of my 12th CBSE board marks, easy transportation, well occupied library, great infrastructure adds additional charms to it.
