The first year admission fee is around 15-16k after that for 2nd year the fee is around 12-13k only. There are no other fees besides these. Only PWD students get a relaxation of fees and a few other students who apply for scholarships.

So in my first year , the fees collected from was 16000 rupees which i think is relevant, in second year my fees was reduced by 13000 , yes there are financial aid for student for less annual income category.

Vivekananda College is a dream of every girl!

Fees and Financial Aid:

Our college is a women's college and commands fees a little higher than other DU colleges. Still it's very reasonable as 16000 is yearly fees that I pay for BA Hons (Hindi). From Arts every stream to humanities to science and commerce every stream is available in our college and that too at a very affordable fees.

Delhi University basically charges ?15000- ?17000 per year depending upon the course and year. This includes tution fees, lab fees, practical fees, etc. There are multiple fee categories as well like SC/ST, OBC, PwD, etc... After the completion of first year, there are various annual scholarship opportunities as well where one can get financial aid. Sometimes there's a few reduction as well for the students who come for financially weaker backgrounds.

My fees for the course yearly is 10,000. I have paid fees for 3 semesters till now. The fees has decreased for the second year. The amount i will be paying for the next 2 years will be 20,000. In addition to this, we pay examination fees each semester according to the subjects we choose in that semester. I have not used or got any scholarships so far.

There are various categories students in this college and they also have taken admission on their cut offs. They also provide scholarship to students who are not financially well .

When I got admission in the college, my 1st year annual fee was 15000 as tution fee, the exam registration fee for 1st sem exam was 1110 and for 2nd sem it was 1310. For 2nd year, the annual tution fee was 13250 and the exam registration fee for 3rd sem was 1010 and for 4th sem, it was 1310. For 3rd year the annual tution fee was 13500 and the exam registration fee for 5th sem is 810. There is not any other additional fees for labs or any other purpose. The scholarship is also provided for the economically weaker students by filling the scholarship form. The additional scholarship is also provided for the students of each course who get maximum cgpa yearly.

So as i got admission in VNC the Annual fee amount i paid was 15000 rs for 1st yr then for 2nd and now in 3rd yr we have paid 13500 rs for annual fee of college . Along this we have to also pay examination fee for each semester and its fee depend on how many the subj or papers u have opted in particular sem , genrally for all past semester the fee was 1300 rs to 1500 rs for 7 papers , but now in 3rd yr as we have only 6 paper now in 5th semester so tha examination fee is 810 rs . This is because the additional subjects like VAC and AEC paper are not inn curriculum anymore. The fee is same for all my batchmates irrespective of their category. As for scholarships u have to apply yourself, and college also provide application fo student aid fund(sfs) in which u can apply and ur fee amount would be reduced based on ur family income and interview.
