Zamorins Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode offers BA in 6 specializations with an intake of 60 seats per course and BBA at the UG level.

Candidates who wish to pursue BA and BBA must have passed 10+2 or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% with English as a compulsory subject.

Admission will be granted based on a Common Entrance Test conducted by the University of Calicut followed by counseling based on merit list prepared on the basis of the qualifying examination.

Note: Seats will be allotted by following three allotment processes for Government & Aided colleges and two processes for Un-aided colleges with respect to the availability of vacancies.

The college also offers B.Com program at the UG level with an intake of 60 seats per course. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board with at least one commerce subject. Admission will be done on the basis of a common entrance test followed by a merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

• Candidates belonging to OBC/ OEC Category will be given a concession of 3 GPV in the qualifying examination whereas candidates belonging to SC/ ST Category just need to pass in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates who have not taken at least one commerce subject have to score an aggregate of at least 45% marks (in 6 subjects) to be eligible.

Zamorins Guruvayurappan College offers an M.Sc program in 5 disciplines at the PG level with an intake of 20 seats per course.

Candidates applying for the M.Sc program in the college must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science from a recognized university with at least 50% marks whereas, for M.Sc Biotechnology and M.Sc General Biotechnology, the minimum required percentage is 55%.

Candidates will be granted admission to M.Sc courses in the college either on the basis of a common entrance test or through a merit list based on candidate’s performance in the Bachelor’s degree examination.

Note: For M.Sc Biotechnology and M.Sc General Biotechnology, the minimum required percentage is 55%.

ZGC, Kozhikode offers MA program in 4 disciplines with an intake of 20 seats per course. Candidates who wish to apply for MA course in the college must hold a BA/ B.Sc degree from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 45%marks.

Admission will be offered to candidates to the MA program either on the basis of a common entrance test or through a merit list based on candidate’s performance in the Bachelor’s degree examination.

Note: For Non-English candidates who are applying for MA English, admission will be based only on the entrance examination.

Zamorins Guruvayurappan College also offers M.Com in Finance at the PG level with an intake of 20 seats. Candidates must have passed B.Com or BBA (BBS) degree of Calicut University with 45% marks to be eligible for admission.

Admission will be granted on the basis of a common entrance test or on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in the qualifying examination.

Note: Candidates who have passed B.Com, BBA, BBM or BBS of any other university or institution in any state recognized by AICTE or UGC with at least 45% marks are also eligible to apply.
