Likes

Campus Life is great as various events occur from time to time.
Course content is good and the faculty in itself is very skilled and qualified.
Sports days and playing sports is made a priority as well in this college which offered a good physical health

Dislikes

The campus a bit small in size but it has not intervened with the course and other benefits the college provides.

Placement Experience:

From 3 rd year starting students are trained for placements and placement drives start occuring in the college campus. Companies like Deloitte, Accenture, etc do visit the campus with their details. Students are instructed nicely and are placed as well in many companies.

The Life of My College

Likes

The best thing I liked about my college is the faculty, teaching methods and mentorship. The teacher support you for your growth.
The library system is also great, the library provide all kinds of books like knowledgeable, academic related and more.
The college provide lot seminar programs for students.

Dislikes

The thing I disliked about college is canteen.
The canteen area is too small of college.

Placement Experience:

from 5th semester company started to visit our college for placements. Company like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, HSBC,KPMG, Tata and more visit for campus placements. The average package is offered by the company is around 3-5 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placements is more than 50% as it is depend on students. And my plans after getting the degree is to get placements.

St. Mira’s College

Likes

The faculty at St. Mira’s College is outstanding and the best I could find in all the college I applied to. They ensure maximum participation during lectures and make them feel like discussions rather than a boring class.
The college constantly encourages us to participate in competitions, internships. It has tie ups with multiple internship institutions and gives us multiple opportunities to enroll and enrich ourselves
Since St. Mira’s College for Girls is autonomous, the college decides it’s own course structure, rather than following SPPU’s syllabus, which can honestly be outdated. Since it is affiliated to SPPU, we get our degrees with the SPPU letterhead!

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is quite limited, and has been facing criticism for a while now.
The college is pretty strict about dress code, which means that no sleeve less tops or skirts above the knee are allowed
However, I feel very at home at St Mira’s since all the staff is female and it creates a very safe, competitive environment for students

Internships Opportunities:

Internships are offered abundantly. The college has a tie up with MyCaptain and AISEC, two very prestigious and popular institutions which are great additions to your resume. Along with these, multiple companies do offer internship programs and courses to St. Mira's students. These courses have a lot of variety, ranging from Cybersecurity crash courses to management to content writing, etc.

The faculty of college is pretty good because they answer to all the problems
The way of teaching of professors are very professional and they are regular they teach everything very easily to understand

To college to learn

Likes

The infrastructure of my college is great, it has 2 libraries for different streams
The teaching i must say is amazing. The teachers make learning interesting. The only thing is that the science students do not get to enjoy the extra curricular activities. Every class has a projector because of which learning becomes more fun.

Dislikes

The only sad part is that is it a bit far from the bus sop

there is no company offered a role for job. I have search own my work when I was in 12 th that time I start my first job to help my family in financially. I work after given exam 12 std I work in holidays of 3 months.

St.Mira College - Best decision for graduation

I love the faculty of our college with their expertise in their subject
I liked the fact that they conduct mentoring session where 20-30 students are present with a ratio of 30:1 which connects with teacher & share their experiences.
The revisions that are conducted before exams which makes us clear about the concepts & ask queries.

Dislikes

I feel more internships & placement opportunities should be there so that most of the students gets placed
Some technical courses should be added in the curriculum to be ready for the industry like Advanced Excel,etc for each & everyone.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship opportunities provided in the college are good. Some of the companies provide Internships for 2/3/6 months & if you possess all the skills that the organization requires then you can get a full-time opportunity there.

Best & safe college of girls

Placement Experience:

During a time students from the second semester of the second year were eligible for campus placement many companies visited are college campus and made a number of job offer companies like Wipro IRTC Amazon Dell Tata and other Technology-based companies and startups visited our campus the offered many packages sum of them were really the Great and acceptable for students the highest package was offered for the place of assistant manager of a company which was around 8 lakhs per annum.
