The Sree Siddaganga College of Arts Science and Commerce for Women, Tumkur was established in 1982. It is a self-financed college. The institute is affiliated to Tumkur University and approved by University Grants commission (UGC) & accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and recognized by Government of Karnataka. The college offers three years degree course in Arts, Commerce, Science and Business Management.
The phenomenal rise in the strength of students in a short span of time is a testimony to the vision of the caliber of the teaching staff, excellent infrastructure and the reputation of the institution in Karnataka.

I chosen this college because of standard of education and also thge quality of the education. so i chose this college over other colleges . Admission process also is as simple as it .you have take dd and you to pay college fee .

- required another best canteen with snacks in a healthy manner.

As i choosed this college because i am interested to study in womens college to avoid some unconfortable, where here only womens are studing which gives me good feel and very confortable.in admission process there some faculties will me their they also help you in admission and give you information which you didn't get during admission process they be friendly only.

- Extra curricular activities conduction from college is good when compared

- No big college ground and canteen system
- Smart classes and projectors are not at all available which i think is most needed
- Need of big uditorium in the college to conduct functions

As I'm persuing Bachelor of Science, like we all know there's no necessary of any other exams than the PUC marks. I got 94.5% and I got the consession in my fees too in 1st year. Admission process is smooth no complexified at all

because it based on self skills and creativity. its a professional course. and i am getting this course through NRL. it was cool. this institute has hostel facility too also boys and girls. and teaching technology is good

It's almost positive itself the library labs gym and sports room is convenient for students and clean canteen also includes.our faculty were always needy.we had all the resources.negative would be the washroom maintenance.thats it.
