Likes

Placements at slrtce are quite strong, with a good number of reputable companies visiting the campus.
They also provide various scholarships for the benefit of the students.
Many events are held like sports day , cultural events like carnival college has a good libraray we have now smart monitors installed they have got numerous extracurricular opportunity we have cybersecurtiy club, iot club .

Dislikes

The canteen is also not much good you will get food outside as good.
Some faculties are good but most of the faculties are not supporting to students.
The decrese in the number of companies visiting the college this year is also seen as negative aspect.

Faculty's are extremely good in their teaching perspectives including doubt clearance, guidance for exams, lab practicals!!
Excellent support is provided by them for student's placements , training and placement sessions are done for helping students to learn and grow up their skills better!!
Curriculum activities are done on personal and professional basis to build students character more strong and to develop their skills!!

Placement Experience:

Our college provides the best placements including Google, amazon, Flipkart and many bigger companies visit us with a number of offers. Our placements range from 2.5lac average to 1Cr highest. Almost 90 to 95% get placed every year.

All around its a good college 8/10

Likes

Our colleges have good professors and mentors for studies
We have a big library and study room and college is always clean and hygienic
Day to day many activities are done by the cultural team, sports team, Tehinical team, etc

Dislikes

Canteen is very small there less number of seats
AC's are not present in the classrooms so in summer it feels very hot
Most of the time in college there is water problem most if the the drinking water also gets over around 2-3 p.m

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 2nd year only for campus placements and from 6 -7 sem every student needs to attend the campus placement. In our college many companies have visted and have selected many students 10-15% of the student get placement from campus. Being from EXTC i am thinking after completeing my degree i will learn various courses and go to IT feild

There is 100% placement of IT and Comps departmet as per year 2023. TCS ,INFOSYS are the major recruiters ad there are many other companies too. My plan would be to get a job after completing my degree

It offers great faculty, effective placements, good infrastructure, and an active campus life with a relevant curriculum. Needs better maintenance, flexibility, and consistency.

It is far from the nearest station, which can be inconvenient for commuting students.

Curriculum got recently update in 2019 Latest IT trends drives me to join this course and it also helps to apply tech in real word. Classes recently got smart boards which helps the faculty to explain concepts through ppt and animations too. Frequency during internal exams and external exams are good sometimes there's very short gap which is hectic

Good Campus . Campus is good and clean. Better campus life
Xerox available in the college campus so we don't go outside
Supporting staff and faculty. All teaching staff are supporting

Dislikes

Some teachers are very agressive and rude with students
Not a good placement here in the college
Fee is much more compare to facility . Not campus placement are there

For my course Electronic and computer science a got a good faculty and best Head of department so I like to learn with them but for the extra subject college doesn't have good teachers. But I appreciate to all my teachers .

the pros and cons of shree lr tiwari college of engineering from student perspective.

Likes

shree lr tiwari college of engineering has been an excellent choice since i joined in november 2022. located in mira road , mumbai the college offer easy commute for us . the campus is well maintained and provides a commfortable learning environment.
the faculty especially in the maths department are so good and knowlegeable . the college offer department like : civil , computer , IT , mechnical , ecs , extc .
the college provides elevators for easy accessibility and ensure essential amenities are good working condition .while the annual fess for first year is 112000 but they decrease as years goes by .

Dislikes

downside of this college is there's lack of dedicated sport ground for activities like football and cricket.
some classroom lack air conditioning which feel uncomfortable in hot months , some teachers are also rude sometimes.
moreover the labs pcs often do not function as excepted which make hindering in practical learning.

Placement Experience:

from semester 6/7 student are eligible to sit placement but placement in shree lr tiwari is not so good as company usaully come as less and the company which come they looks for student with 8-10 cgpa and give package of around 8-10 lakhs and the student who has some less gpa score get package of 2-4 lpa which is less in 2024 .

SLRTCE with Great Improvements

The canteen is certified with FSSAI , it maintains cleaniness throughout the place ,it also support online payment, Fans , table chairs are available while eating.
Cleaning is done every morning at 8:30 am and while leaving the college at 5 pm .Dustbins are available on every floor with wet & dry waste management.
Free Wifi is available for everyone in the campus where student are given login and password for use. The wifi is equiped with Firewall to stop malicious uses.There are lights and fans also in the corridor.

Dislikes

Admin are very cooperative but due to pressure they sometime help students late.
The canteen gets very crowded due to Law college beside Engineering college.
Students are not well aware of the opportunities in the college for placements.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students get eligible for placements , many IT companies visit the college for placements. They conduct test, GD, interview according to the students. Companies like Prama Hikvision India PVT.LTD,TCS,Fedler.Neosoft ,seclore.etc. As the students focus less on there communications skills only 20% students gets selected for final round. I plan for master & PHD after the college for further studies!
