JCET wonderful college

Likes

The college garden is awesome and have large spaces.
And architecture block block is superb loved it
The canteen near the law block is good for couples and friends.

Dislikes

The uncleaned pool in our college its messy
The mess doesn’t have a queues system and doesn’t have range
The infrastructure of hostel near the mess is really bad

Admission:

Especially the surrounding and the ambience are better and huge scope for industrial campus selection and most of my friends graduated from there and get in high paided jobs and so i choose this college apart from other college.

I like college ambience. It is very eco friendly
Very nice faculty and teachers are very supportive
Provides good quality study materials for the students for study purpose

Dislikes

Sometimes charecter of the teachers not satisfied
Not providing support to sports activities
Not providing support to arts and other cultural activities

This college is centrally in the town of ottapalam and very good ambience and teachers are very nice and good ???? My friends are also studying in this college they told me to take admission in this college

Best intercollege events and other culterals

I chose this college because I've heard great reviews about this particular course and the ability to gain really good placements It provides a great opportunity for students to excell in engineering Also its conveniently near to where I live

Likes

The mess food is the best...it's so tasty also and they do try to offer a lot of varieties often..and won't stick up with the same food.
The college atmosphere is also good and the ragging is strictly prohibited..

Admission:

To be eligible for the course, you must have completed the 12th grade or a diploma and passed an engineering entrance examination. If you have not taken any engineering entrance examination, you will be considered for the Management quota.

Likes

The college atmosphere, and there is an aeroplane for aeronautical engineering
The canpus is so environment friendly and so peaceful
The transportation to the college is so easy

Admission:

The admission process is like in two methods. One in management quota and merit quota. For getting an admission into the course you have to complete your secondary education. Merit quota is based on kerala engineering entrance exams and management quota is dependents on previous exams scores

Overall a great college with some area to be improved

Admission:

Admission can be done through both online and offline mediums. The one should appear for either KEAM or JEE for their spots. The exams of all the courses are completed as per the university guidelines and there have been no delays for it.

Some of the faculties in our department are very friendly and support you they help us to get better grades
Jcet offers undergraduate and post graduate programs in Engineering and Management

Dislikes

There is limited campus placement opportunities and high fee structure
Strict rules and regulations and Limited extra curricular activities
Internet connectivity issues in some areas of campus

Admission:

The eligibility of the course is to complete your plus two in physics chemistry and with 60% and above marks exams to occur every 2 months the internal exams, external occurs every 6 month for me the admission process has been very smooth and I don't think there is a room for improvement

The faculties, and the staffs are so friendly with the students
It's a large campus, so i have so many things to explore and so many places to study

Dislikes

Some faculties have some kind of rough beahaviour
The maintenance of the buildings is average
Some rules are irritating, sometimes we don't have that much freedom

Admission:

We have to be passes in jee, keam And the students who got top marks in the qualification exams have low fees those who got in merit have only 50-60% fees comparing to management In the college there ia an admission block which give us a proper image about the college and also the formalities is completed in that block The exams provided by the college is at proper time, and also the difficulty of the exam is as required. Students can easily crack marks and also they have to study I prefer to improve the detailing about the future plans while taking admission

I was admitted to Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology through the KEAM entrance examination, here are the details of some admission process I went through: The eligibility for applying for this course required rank less than 40k for this college in KEAM entrance exam and PCM was compulsory for 12th grade The application form for KEAM can be found on University website There are no reservation benefits available except for disabled students Application fee,payment methods and due dates for the application form and exam dates are clearly stated to avoid confusion

The college is very reachable as there are a lot of public transport available
The facilities are very good unlike the faculties
Some of the teachers do help you to get better

Dislikes

The college is too strict that they wont even allow us to do any extra curricular activities
The placements are all just made up, very few students get placed to good companies
