An crucial point of my career

Placement Experience:

Placement cell provided an ideal platform to meet recruiters from different sectors. Many students from our batch were able to secure a decent package during the on-campus placement. Average packages at IBMR ranges from 3-6 LPA. The mock training sessions were indeed helpful in boosting my confidence. Still, only top few students from our batch got placed.

Placement Experience:

We had a dedicated placement cell responsible for coordinating with different corporate and organizing activities like industrial visits, corporate meetups, seminars, placement drives, etc. Marsek, MSC, Falcon, etc. are some of the big brands which visit our campus for recruitment drives. Though the packages offered good, still there is a lot of scope for improvement.

Placement Experience:

There will be campus selection in the last semester. Many big shiping companys comes takes interview and select the best cadets among us. There is no internship in this course. The company select us a trainy cadet and gives minimum stipend

No college did not provide any placement all students have to search for jobs, as many didn't had exposure to shipping field we guys struggled a lot to get job some were even cheated by fake agents who cheated us.

There is no placements in the college.The student have to search and find the job for him.The placements is not available.They don't provide any internship.They give false hopes. The student have to make his placements after graduation.

Turning point in my carrier

Placement Experience:

College is not providing the placements if you have any approach in this field so you can join ship on your own but if you don't have any sources or approach so you have to give 3 to 4 lakh rs in the college in order to join the ship. Job opportunities are not very good.

Yes there is placement if we have 85% marks.many shipping companies comes and many of our students are placed in many companies. They are providing good placements.They are giving good startup packages also.
