Government Engineering College Jhalawar Faculty

The faculty of my college is very bad.they have lacked of experience . They were poor in understanding anything to the student . they were few in numbers .but some of teachers were very good in nature . They were hepling nature .

Faculties are good and expressive they have good knowledge of all subjects they always wants to encourage the students to do good in whatever field they choose they always did what is best for students and provide better facilities to the students by taking regular lectures but the system of college is bad from beginning by which no student can groom

Faculty of college is much responsible and helping nature. Total Lecture in my course is 11. All lecturer including Guest Faculty in my college has done M. tech. Average Age will be 30. Qualifications of every lecturer is M. tech, M. tech & Ph. d and also M. tech & M. phil. IIT and NIT and RTU expert always came in my college timely. Yes, Of course most of the lecturer have industry experiences.

All The faculty here is not were qualified.only a few are well qualified. The permanent faculties in the College was in very less amount only guest faculties are present. Later teachers came from NIT then the condition was good

Most of the faculty was guest faculty, the permanent faculty hardly take lectures, the guest faculty was not experienced enough to teach us so it become very hard to clear the course. There was no fix teachers for particular subject, they taught us according to their mood.

At my time Most of the faculty was unexperienced. They were just B. tech passouts. You can say our seniors. Only our HOD and one more faculty was permanent at that time. In first year, all the faculty was M. tech and Ph. D, they were mostly HOD, s of their departments. Later on from 2nd year, Most of the faculty was unexperienced. But they were cooperative as they helped us in our internal exams.

Our college faculty time to time attend all lecture. Hod provide all class of my subject proper time to time and take our feedback. After 3 semesters college provides industry visit and relevant industrial training experience certificate. Time to time hod provides experts lectures from IIT and nit faculty.

Faculty was not good they have poor knowledge of subjects .the students and faculty ratio is very less somthing 1 teacher for 15 students . They not good qualified i my during a session but after completion my degree the faculty was change all the faculty is took from nit and top qualified over all now the faculty is good in my college
